We spent 10 days at this place and I have to say that the accommodation more than met our expectations. Gaetano and Alessandra, the owners, helped us with everything we needed during our stay. They informed us about tourist activities, leisure activities, restaurants, transportation, everything we asked for. And always in a caring and gentle manner, something worth thanking! Regarding the room, mention that it offered all the comforts one expects, the cleaning has been outstanding, every day we found the room spotless! The bathroom was also spotless every day, without any objections! Every day they changed our bed and bathroom linens and apart from the rigorous cleaning, the presentation was taken care of in detail. It should be noted that we find all the amenities you may need, bath gel and shampoo, shaving set, shower caps, teeth cleaning set, hair dryer, house slippers... what I said, outstanding! As for breakfast, I can only say that it has been memorable every day! They serve it in a cart, at the time you request it and it is of unparalleled abundance, quality and presentation. Every day they changed the products, always being top quality and local, I can only say that they were incredibly delicious. It consisted of freshly squeezed fruit juice, coffee, tea, fresh bread, toast, butter jam, ham, cheese, fresh fruit, pastries and sweets... To say that every day we have had different specialties for breakfast and we have tasted various local products of incontestable quality, a delight! The day we arrived and every day, upon returning to the room, after our day of sightseeing, we found a type of local Neapolitan pastry in the room, a truly charming detail. And I forgot to mention that the refrigerator in the room has different drinks free of charge, as well as natural and sparkling mineral water, available to the guest, which were replaced every day. So just say thank you to Gatano and Alessandra for their wonderful hospitality and making our stay memorable

The hosts Gaetano and Alessandra were exceptionally welcoming and they took great care of us throughout our stay. We hope to visit and enjoy their hospitality again. The room was nicely designed, spacious, well equipped, perfectly maintained and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was exceptional, featuring high quality Neapolitan specialties, fruit, yoghurt, juice, and savoury dishes: eggs or meats. We travel a lot and this was one of the best breakfasts we have ever been served. The location of the room is great, a short walk away from all of the attractions of the Old Town, and reasonably close to wherever you may want to go in central Napoli. We walked everywhere and enjoyed it greatly. For trips outside the city, there is a metro station nearby that connects to the Central Station. There are many wonderful restaurants in the area, as well as all kinds of shops. I highly recommend this BnB to any couple.

We absolutely loved our stay here! Gaetano was incredibly helpful friendly and provided tons of really local tips. Our highlight was the breakfast which is served on a trolley and you can enjoy in the privacy of your room. The breakfast consisted of amazing pastries and local goodies such as the mozzarella from campagna etc. simply magical! Also the bed is so comfortable and everything is done with so much love and character - we were so pleasantly surprised that the musueum luxury suites surpassed our expectations so fully!

Everything!! Truly exceptional from the moment we booked to leaving. Wow what an experience it was stying with the lovely Gaetano and Alessandra. You will not get a better level of customer service anywhere. The attention to detail was truly remarkable from the decor of the room to way the cutlery drawer was perfectly laid. A mini bar and lots of treats included daily along with a coffee machine and pods! We also really loved the can do attitude in our WhatsApp messages, providing us with excellent recommendations!

Moreover, he also provides thoughtful assistance and recommendations for dining and local attractions. During our stay, he even adjusted the breakfast timings to accommodate our travel plans, and I must say, the breakfast he serves has a delightful local Napoleon touch that's simply scrumptious. Our stay was too short. I have now been to six places in Italy in a short two weeks, and this was one of our favorite places! The couple who owns and runs the place are more than just running a business. They truly care and went above and beyond in so many ways taking care of me and my friend. The room is beautiful, cool, full of artistic touches left and right… Not too much at all, just perfect! And since I don't know the city, when I ran into problems or questions, they were right there to help us every time. I would definitely come back here, and I highly recommend it.

Apparently we came in a week when most of the country is on vacation😂 I didn't know that in advance, but there were still some pluses to that. It didn't feel too crowded at all in the city. And our hosts gave us wonderful recommendations for restaurants and things to see. There is an incredible museum literally around the corner from their place, easy e walking distance!

This was the best B&B I’ve ever stayed in. It was around the corner from the archeological museum in a beautiful old building with an elevator. The rooms were imaginatively decorated and very comfortable. And the owners were beyond kind and generous. They greeted us with a local pastry specialty, left soft drinks at no charge in the fridge. And the breakfast was amazing (see photo). Great meal suggestions. I wish I had stayed longer.

The apartment is one of three rooms adjoining a common area. It is located a block from the National Archeological Museum, which was what we went to see. Our hosts were truly exceptional. They gave us interesting ideas for places to go, including a (pizzeria of course) and a Neapolitan concert (across the street from the museum) which we attended and enjoyed more than the museum. Breakfast was excellent and enough food for the whole day. We had leftovers (including pizza from the night before), and they warmed these for us on request.

Regrettably, Napoli is not an attractive city. The streets and sidewalks are covered with trash, and worse. See the attached photo, which is understated. There is graffiti everywhere, much of it obscene. We were not comfortable outside after dark.

Museum Luxury Suites was a wonderful and certainly luxurious place to stay, located right near the archaeological museum. The suite was even better than I expected and had a very comfortable bed and beautiful bed linen. The facilities and bathroom were all excellent and I was very pleased. The breakfast was huge and included a range of local specialities and good coffee. The hosts were lovely and incredibly helpful. I would recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Naples!

We enjoyed an extraordinarily comfortable and charming stay with Gaetano and Alessandra. We were blown away by the extremely generous and delicious breakfast spread!! Their attentiveness to detail cannot be overstated, and the room was charming and very, very clean; our stay was nothing short of joyful! Lastly, we opted to use their taxi service and would highly recommend it! Salvatore and Titta drove us to the train station for a very reasonable fare and made delightful conversation, and even gave us a small keepsake!
