Emanuel was a charming breakfast host and we had some great conversations too. I needed a late check-in and Mario waited for me to arrive, he was friendly and welcoming. My room was very spacious, very clean and the ensuite shower was massive! The hotel is very close to Naples Museo Archaeologico and there are many excellent cafes and restaurants in walking distance. Loved my stay, thank you Mario and Emanuel 😊

Centro Storico location, convenient connections to all of Napoli main sights. The building is old, but it is charming and comfortable and clean. Internet is good. Emanuele is a great host 🙏🏻 And the garden, although still under construction, is amazing. It is quiet since the building is not directly on the street. Small boutique hotel, 6 rooms, very private. Archeological Museum is 5mins walk :)

I liked everything! Nevertheless just a warning, this part of Naples is real Naples, so rowdy, small narrow streets and a bit dirty. Also the staircase to the hotel is two flights of stairs and no elevator. That being said - it did not bother us at all and we had a great time.

Staff are amazing! The night staff waited for us as flight was delayed and we arrived past midnight. We are really thankful to him. The breakfast staff too is very friendly and helpful. It is very near airport around 13mins, we took taxi. Room is very spacious and very good value with breakfast included

Noisy in the morning, but it is typical due to naples building are very close to each other. The alleyways look quaint tho. The night is quiet tho, we slept like a baby.

Breakfast was excellent with superb vanilla cream and jam croissants baked that morning. Many Naples hotels offer just a voucher for a coffee and some bread at a local cafe so it was nice to have it served in the magnificent dining room with a 250 year old painted ceiling. Roberto is a very engaging and entertaining individual who was very attentive to our needs and insisted on us trying his home brewed limoncello (which was excellent) alongside his home made jams.

No negatives. Look out for the tiny label under the entry buttons that indicates which number to press to gain access.

The location was great as near to centre and 30 mins walk to the port.The room was spacious and comfortable with great Wi-Fi white fluffy towels and clean white sheets.The staff were friendly and helpful. It was quiet and peaceful as in a cobbled street off main noisy street,with views overlooking beautiful orange trees in the garden.

Small hotel, very clean and lovely big rooms. Very nice croissants for breakfast. A big contrast to the entrance which is off a back street through a metal gate and then up 2 floors in a dystopian courtyard.

Entry to the hotel could have been made clearer. It's not obvious that there is a hotel at the location. There is a small placard at a metal gate on a back street. You need to press button to gain entry through metal gate and then walk up 2 flights of stairs to find the hotel entrance.

Great location. Everything is quite close. Ancient and historic building. Culture shock a bit in positive meaning.

Breakfast. Just Italian breakfast options. Unfortunately, not for us. Disturbing noises in the yard.

Location was spot on, walking distance to everything we wanted to see. Communication from staff were quick and very friendly. View from the bedroom over the courtyard was gorgeous. Perfect location for an authentic Italian atmosphere.

I liked the building, the outstanding kindness and service of the staff, the excellent location, close to public transport.

The only thing i didnt like was the afacilities was not exactly as in the confirmation. Specifically there was no kettle which we would have expected. Bur that s not a big problem, overall everything was fine

Very friendly and helpful staff. Helped with booking a taxi for the return. Advised of places to visit. Breakfast was fine served by friendly staff.

The stairs leading up to the entrance. These seemed to be at a an angle that seemed you were always having to lean forward to continue going up steps. Maybe they are very used.
