San Felice Palace may not impress from the outside – it’s just a regular old townhouse – but the room itself was clean and comfortable. Fabricius was very kind and helpful throughout our stay, which made a big difference. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the Sanità district, which is full of character. There were a couple of small issues: the shower cabin was leaking, and the bedside shelves didn’t feel very sturdy. It might be worth paying some attention to those worn-out details. Overall though, considering the price, the value for money is very good.

Room was very clean and had everything we needed. In the corridor were some dishes and cutlery, there was capsule coffee machine and microwave. In the room was small fridge. Host doesn't speak english very well but he was really kind and we was able to communicate with translator and that wasn't problematic. Woman which was cleaning room was so warm and nice. Location of B&B is okay in general, it's not far from metro station, there are a lot of small shops and restaurants in the area, but if you don't speak italian I recommend shops in the city centre. For the price you can't probably find better option :)

Road near the B&B is quite crowded and you have to pay attention to scooters which are everywhere. There is a lot of noise and not really tight windows, so I truly recommend to have ear stoppers to sleep.

The room is located in a luxurious old building on a fairly busy street. Within walking distance of attractions, close to the Museo or Napoli Piazza Cavour station. The room matched the photos and description. 10/10 for cleanliness. The owner was friendly and responded quickly to messages.

I recommend posting information about the price of minibar drinks and house rules in a visible place. Or clarify this upon check-in. Otherwise everything was great.

The room was very modern and clean. The bed was cosy we liked it. Air condition was also good.

It was a bit difficult to find an entrace to the place. There were no signs to the apartmant. We were pasing by severel times because people were point us in wrong directions . After we called the number from the site and the man step out to lead the way to the entrance.

the house was very clean and comfortable inside but the building is an awfully old building that we were perplexed the moment we saw it.İt was an old palace once but it was extremely neglected.Napoli is a chaotic City and so was the neighbourhood but the owner Fabrizio welcomed us in a very friendly way and relieved us

Comfortable bed, big room, and overall a clean place. Huge bathroom, almost as big as the bedroom. The shower was very big, with very nice lighting. At the entrance in the building, there was a steel gate that felt very sturdy, granting us a safer feeling during the night. The Hosts were nice and answered all our questions- they permitted us to leave our lugagge a few hours earlier than the checkin time.

The entrance isn’t marked in any way- therefore we had quite a hard time finding the entrance to the B&B. (for whoever reads this review, when you pass the big gates leading to the street, you need to look to the right and there you’ll see the gray steel gate that looks a bit more modern than the surroundings). There wasn’t much soundproofing, which proved to be quite a nuinsance (we heard our neighbours talking, airplanes taking off or landing, the hustle and bustle outside the street etc). The outside of the building looks quite scary, but don t worry, the inside makes up for it. Napoli is quite dangerous (or feels so), and the neighbourhood looked dangerous, but we felt safe during our stay.

Location is amazing. Easy to get to the metro, city centre is 1 or 2 stops away. You get a market nearby, multiple shops that work almost 24/7 and amazing restaurants. We found gems that are cheap with exceptional taste compared to anything else we have tasted on the trip. You get breakfast at a desert/coffee shop (pasticheria). Real Italian coffee/cappuchino and a treat from a selection. They have traditional fiocco which you simply must try.

It might get pretty noisy from the street, but a simple pair of ear plugs will do the trick. Also the toilet flushing is pretty noisy coming from neighbours, but also solvable with ear plugs.

Memorable stay in Napoli, discovering the identity of the city itself. It is a nice, clean stay in central Naples. It is a must for every tourist visiting Napoli.

host was extremely friendly and helpful. He helped us navigate our way around the city and gave us recommendations on where to visit. The stay was quiet, clean & comfortable, had convenient stores & fresh market around us. Both me and my friend felt really safe throughout our stay here. Besides that, it was really close to the city centre! Not to mention, there is an amazing pizza restaurant just right next to us.

Amazingly clean, easy to reach, super modern interior in fascinating building. Even the smell inside is nice, warm, comfy and safe! The host is always reachable and really helpful!
