We loved our gorgeous, spacious apartment in this very busy and lively neighborhood. Anna was easy to communicate with up to and during our stay, and she even arranged a driver to pick up our family of 8 in Sorrento and drive us to Naples. She met us at the taxi and walked with us to the door of the building. We were early but were able to store our luggage in the kitchen, and she told us where to get pizza nearby and spend some time while the cleaner finished. It turned out to be a Michelin starred restaurant which we never would have known about if not for Anna. This neighborhood and those nearby are brimming with restaurants, coffee shops, small stores for essentials, and fun shops. A 20-30 minute walk brings you to the National Archaeological Museum, Duomo, the contemporary art museum, and so much more. One couple in our group rode the metro and said it was easy to navigate. It’s not easy finding stays for 4 couples, and this apartment exceeded our expectations. It was spacious and decorated in a way that maintained the historic feel of the building, yet was modern and funky. Each bedroom had its own bathroom with shower, as well as a balcony with a view (one room had a view into the inner courtyard and the other three rooms had street views). The large kitchen was fully equipped for cooking and dining, but most importantly there was an espresso machine and plenty of coffee for all of us. An elevator was available for a couple of euros, but we always used the stairs up to the second floor. Anna arranged airport taxis for our group as our flights were at different times, and we left Italy with a fondness for Naples, Anna, and this apartment. Addio bella Napoli!

Apartment was very good, nice and clean. but the building was a bit old style and no lift for first floor. Anna from the Random BnB was very helpful. She was always available and coordinated very well during our stay.

Everything was good and Anna from staff team member was very friendly and helpful. Anna helped us in booking taxi for early morning drop to the airport as well. I recommend this place and a good value for money.

Convenient location, kitchenette, washing machine. Close to stores and attractions. Appx 400m from underground . Post communicated well and was very easy to get along with.

On arrival we only had cold water until we were told we had to go out and start the hot water tank in the common area but after that we had hot water.

Location was perfect, situated in the old apartment building near the old city center, near two metro lines (red and yellow). You simply feel like a local. AC worked well, but the whole flat (kitchen, dining room) had a nice cool temperature without it (I guess it's thanks to thick walls of the building). Everything was clean, kitchen was well-equipped. I felt save during our stay. Downstairs neighbour was super nice and welcoming as well. The owner Anna was amazing - although we did not have a chance to meet in person, she was super helpful, gave us tips for great food and helped us with a taxi company. Overall, apart from scorching heat outside during our stay, it was perfect. Would recommend.

Sometimes you could hear a bit of noise in the morning, however, the street was silent after 22-23pm without any parties going on.

Random House is my first choice when I visit Naples. The location is fantastic. The place is very clean and safe. The host, Anna, is very helpful and friendly.

Absolutely perfect! We were a group of 10 people and we were super comfortable, every room had its bathroom and the spaces were clean and modern. Anna was very kind, available and helpful! We absolutely loved it and would highly recommend!

It was very clean and good location (nearby street market), had all facilities to cook meal. The staff was very helpful and adviced sightseeing places, permitted to store luggages before check-in and after check-out. I liked everything. If i will visit Napoli, i would choose it again.

Really easy check in, helpful when storing luggage after checkout, room nice and big. Location great for visiting the city.

Slightly noisy but I managed to sleep, think it’s probably hard to find a super quiet place in Naples!
