The location was perfect. Right out of the door you walk in the lively Neapolitan street life with small shops, markets and scooters everywhere. The other interesting neighbourhoods, good restaurants and the train/ subwaystation are all within walking distance. The streets surrounding the B&B are noisy and crowded but you hardly hear any of it when you're inside the appartment. The appartment itself is very comfortable and clean, with the refrigerator stuffed with food and drinks for you upon arrival.

After washing the dishes by hand (there is no dish washing machine ;-)), perhaps some more drying clothes would have been nice.

Very clean and good location near the metro and a short walk to the centre. Breakfast is self serve and basic but all you need is there. Ciro was in contact with us from the day of booking until our arrival where he made us feel very welcome at his accommodation, he spent a good portion of time explaining the local area, restaurants, other places of interest and transport. The accommodation is very secure and the room is cleaned every day, bed made and toilet cleaned. Thank you Ciro for the hospitality 👌

Other residents who were very noisy when they arrived later in the evening and then when they returned around 2am. Taking our water from the shared fridge! This was very disrespectful.

The room was clean and had good location to walk around all the main attractions in the Napoli.

Sometimes it was bit noisy during the night. May be because I am a light sleeper.

Great Room, with balcony terrace, handily situated next to the metro to get you anywhere, or a short walk in and through the sanita District. I also cycled home most nights easily. Shared space is wonderful with everything you need, the host was incredibly helpful and even sat down and gave me a full run down of Naples as a first timer!

Everything but the private bathrooms have smart locks, seems a missed opportunity (an extra key for no reason?). The bathroom fan is either on or off, I think it 100% needs a long long long timer because there is no ventilation otherwise, even 24/7 separate slow ventilation would be much better. Shower was cold the first time (fine after that) and I couldn't work out if I hadn't turned something on or the water had run out, maybe instructions if so?

What an excellent introduction to Napoli! Ciro is an excellent host. He met us at the door and walked us through the map, marking recommendations as we went through. The location of Petrucci is great for walking all around the city and close to delicious bakeries, bars, and restaurants. The rooms were comfortable and a calm, quiet reprieve from the chaos of Naples. Will definite stay again next time we're in Naples!

Honestly - the best place we've ever booked. Definitely exceeded our expectations. First - the host Ciro was amazing, kind and so informative, explained us and showed us the best food places around the city. Moreover, the whole place was super clean with a cool interior design. We were left with food for breakfast and water in the fridge. The double bed was comfy and the pillows were two types - soft and a harder one, so you can choose. Basically you need to visit this place, to feel it.

The owner was very friendly and he texted very fast. The room was extra clean. Also, he let us to store our luggage till 7 pm on the day of the check out. Value for the money is also very good. The street were the rooms are located is, I would say, typical Napels street, so you get great experience.

The bad wasn't the comfiest one.

The accomodation is a perfect position: it's close to metro station and city center. It clean and renovated with a good taste. The owner gives you all the suggestions to enjoy Naples and helps you for every need.
