The hotel was lovely. It was a really gorgeous quiet place to relax after lots of sightseeing. I especially liked the garden. It was nice to have the communal areas too and great to be able to get a drink from the honesty bar to cool down. It would be good for anyone travelling with children as there was a kitchen area where you could heat milk/ baby food etc. The room was lovely- really spacious, nicely decorated, spotlessly clean and equipped with everything we needed. The breakfast was lovely with lots of choice and everything was freshly made. The location was great- about 10 minutes walk to lots of the main sights. There is a metro station 2 minutes away so it was easy to get around. The staff were the highlight of this hotel. They were so friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to help- giving loads of recommendations and information and booking taxis. It was a much nicer, more personal experience than staying in a big hotel. I would definitely stay here again if I came back to Naples.

I can't really fault this hotel. It is worth knowing that the hotel is in an old building and access is by stairs which could be a problem for some people.

This was a lovely property. The room looked newly renovated. The room was clean and had lots of natural light and air conditioning. The little garden space was lovely to eat breakfast in and have a drink in the evening. There was a selection of alcoholic and soft drinks available with an honesty box system that was great. Anastasia was amazing. She sat down and went over a map with us when we arrived with lots of ideas of places to visit and how to get there. She helped us navigate the train system so we could get around cheaply. The property is a 2min walk to a train station but also walking distance to some of the sights.

Nothing.

We had a short but excellent stay at this gorgeous B&B. Communication was excellent with Nadia and team. They arranged car parking in the parking garage a few metres away for us at a late hour (paid parking garage) and recommended a delicious pizzeria. The kitchen and dinning facilities excellent. The toiletries were lush! Room was spacious and well decorated. I wish we were staying longer to enjoy the courtyard and the breakfast! Perfect setting for a family. Thank you

If anything i would say that all the pillows were not to my liking as they were all filled with chunks of foam so they were super firm and lumpy. But honestly I am sure they would have changed it had we asked. Our stay was super short before our early morning flight so really have nothing bad to say. Highly recommend!!

We had an excellent stay at Borgio Vergini Garden B&B just before Easter. We stayed in a family room with our 2 children. We had a fantastic welcome, the property was perfect for us and our children. Anastastia and Nadia working here made amazing recommendations, they even rang the pizzaria opposite to let them know we were on our way after our late arrival, which made for a fabulous welcome there too. The property has a lovely enclosed garden with seating with honesty bar which we made use of every day and was a welcome retreat from the bustle of Naples. The breakfast was perfect, plenty to eat and great coffee. The room was comfortable, nice bedding, great shower and spotless. Would absolutely recommend this hotel as it was so lovely, and felt so much more warm and friendly compared to a chain hotel. Our children loved it too and were made to feel very welcome.

My stay at the hotel was very good, staff were very friendly, polite and helpful, room was nice, bed comfortable, nice toiletries, room was cleaned every day and towels changed often. Breakfast was good, I would prefer a bit of more choice for savoury breakfast and something different every day, but altogether it was good. Home made yoghurts were delicious. Location of the hotel is very good too, close to the old part of the city.

As mentioned above a better savoury selection for breakfast would be nice.

The stay at "Borgo & Vergini" was a great choice for the trip in Napoli (Naples) city centre! A great place close to the historic centre, run by a super motivated team of young people!! Friendly, welcoming and giving great tips regarding our visits, excellent food tips also shared! The relaxing atmosphere in the centre garden gives you the opportunity to disconnect from the "city pace" for a bit and recharge your batteries!! An amazing choice for every one looking for something more unique and alternative!!

This is a well equipped accomodation - for us it was between a hotel and a hostel: well equipped room, daily cleaning, but with a nice personal 'touch'. Anastasia and Nadja and their colleagues are very kind. There is a nice inner courtyard! Metro station is close by. Location is just beside the city centre (historical centre).

For us the bed was rather too soft, but it is not a problem in general, only because of our taste. The neighbourhood may seem a bit dangeorous for the first time, but it is a nice location with great restaurants and pasticceria around.

The gardens are very lovely and peaceful. Feels like an upscale hostel - very welcoming and relaxed. The staff were great, very informative, helpful and kind when our flight was delayed by 4hours. Breakfast was nice. The location is great, not too far from the airport, close to the metro and very walkable into the centre. Good restaurants nearby.

Room was a little tired and smelt a little of smoke on arrival. Few issues with the bathroom which i fed back and all fixable - nothing major. Napoli is a busy and noisy city and it was noisy in the room. They offer earplugs which is great and i get the impression most places are noisy. part of being on a busy vibrant city.

The staff was extremely friendly and we got great tips for our stay in Naples.😊 The garden is very cozy. Communication with the staff was easy before and during our stay. The room was great and the AC is working well. On the last day, we had a late flight so we could leave our luggages in the B&B after the check out for free while we were exploring the city. This was very much appreciated. I travelled with my friend and can highly recommend this place! 😊

This property is phenomenal. The staff is amazing! Anastasia and Annalisa were so warm, helpful and friendly. Even when we had an issue with the hot water, they were attentive and made sure the issue was resolved quickly. The breakfast selection was great and had lots of variety. The staff greeted us in the morning and made our coffee for us. When I accidently broke a wine glass and offered to pay for it, Anastasia said they don't charge for accidents. I would definitely stay here again if I am ever in Naples. They are the best!

The WIFI was very weak and didn't work in all bedrooms.
