The room was spotless and the beds were comfortable. Even though we were on a busy road, you could hear nothing when the window was closed and the shutters down. There were plenty of towels and shower gel/shampoo which was of a high quality. Donato was always very quick to respond to any queries we had. It was also pleasant to have breakfast in the cafe downstairs as part of our booking.

There was nothing to dislike about the property but just a few suggestions. It would be useful to have a few disposable glasses or cups in the room. It is also misleading for the posting to say that a free transfer shuttle to the airport is one of the services provided when it is not Studio19 but rather Booking.com who apparently deals with this.

We liked the location with two different train stations close. The bed was very comfortable. They allowed us to do a late check-in and check-out. The host was always available on WhatsApp when needed. The breakfast was good but we didn’t have too much options neither in quantity or variety.

The building was old and we had the feeling that the area at night was not as safe as we thought. You could hear other guests in the corridor. There was not any welcoming drink, not even water that we had to look for at midnight and majority of places were closed.

The location was perfect - it's super close to the metro to get to the main train station. The room itself was very comfortable and clean. It was a little small but perfect for our 4-night stay. The breakfast voucher was great too - the cafe was only a minute away. A coffee and a croissant was a good way to start our morning.

Our host was great. He waited for us and greeted us. The room was big, with smart tv, AC, fridge and balcony. The studio is near the metro,at the boulevard. It s very well isolated because you don t hear any noise from the street. The bathroom has the best shower in the world!

I have nothing to complain about, maybe some glasses in the room would be very usefull

New bathroom. host was very nice, helpful. Apartment is close to the metro stations (cavour and museo). Clean room. Comfortable bed. We had a fridge, TV inside of the room.

We had a bed for 2 and a couch for a third person. It was hard to sleep on that couch. Not enough towels for three people and for three nights. It is not minus just information for others... To the apartment you have to change 2 lifts... And they are small and old. For us that was OK.

The flat is very conveniently located. It is very close to the MANN (museum). There is a small supermarket nearby in the next house and a lovely cafeteria for breakfast just 100 metres away. We have appreciated the uncomplicated and friendly communication with the host.

We are from Austria and not used to sharing bedsheets (covers).

Central location, in walking distance to all main city hotspots. We even walked directly from the airport (45min on foot). Very close to city center, close to train station or port (30 min walk). The location itself is inside an apartment building with a reserved area for customers of Studio19. The room we had was just a bit small, but very nice, chic, clean and confortable. The view we had was to the boulevard and was very nice. The small balcony is also great for enjoyong your coffee. The sound is well isolated. Very good service from the owner (changing towels, cleaning, or any situation/question we had) We liked it very much!

The place is spotless, cozy and really well decorated! Has a perfect location at the Old Town, in front of Piazza Cavour, 1 station to Napoli Centrale/Piazza Garibaldi to go to Sorrento or the Airport.

It was near the central and all the shops were around, so was the train station and metro station. Donato was very kind and helpful.

I liked everything.

Perfect location. Host was pleasant and helpful when needed. It’s prob on the expensive side for a b&b but you’re paying for location. Literally yards form 2 stations. Museo and Cavour so easy to get anywhere. Literally minutes walk from the quaint old streets of the old town too. Breakfast is served in a local cafe about 40 seconds walk. Great was this as we became friendly with them and was great for practicing my Italian. I would defo use again if in Naples.
