Great rooms with a lot of style. Everything was clean and beautifull. Also, 2 metro lines, great restaurants, a museum and a supermarket right in front of the door.

The Wifi signal was pretty bad, we didn't manage to turn on the AC (though it seems to be functionalbe, just confusing to use) and the personals english skills were minimal, making communication difficult.

Interesting, quirkily-decorated place, good breakfast. Very close to the Museo metro station and the archaeological museum. Nice quiet room.

Cash payment not accepted at reception despite booking.com stating that "This accommodation provider accepts the following forms of payment: Visa, Euro/Mastercard, Diners Club, Maestro". I had to run (literally - had a plane to catch) down the road and back to find a cash machine so I could pay. Then the (quite unhelpful and sullen) person taking payment had no change for the notes the ATM had given me. Stressful start to our journey to the airport. The area is pretty squalid but then again most of Naples is like that. Bathroom floor had lots of long dark hairs on it.

Good price for what you get. Location is quite good. The a/c is great and the room was clean.

Before we arrived, no one answered our questions in booking messages. The location was very hard to find. No sign at all (even inside the building. Only one tiny sign next to the door). We had 2 big suitcases and no one told us the elevator only works with 20 cent coin which we didn't have, so we had to carry our luggage up the long stairs. the cleaning lady kind of checked us in and did not speak a word in english. The doors of the rooms are thin and you could hear a lot of nouse from the other guests. The tv is tiny and not working probably.

Very convenient location and clean!

The bed dips in the middle so you will roll into the middle of the bed as you sleep. Not comfortable. Also could use a larger garbage can!

The location was good as it is close to the port and tourist attractions. It was easy to check in late when our flight was delayed.

The powdered milk didn't appear to change the colour of the coffee.....at all.

Basic , student accommodation standard

1. Zero assistance with greeting and arrival ; 2. Lift did not work, second floor with luggage ; 3. Poor value for money ; 4. On check out no one available to store my luggage for 2 hours as promised ; 5. As a result has to leave my case in the room until 10.18 - abused by cleaner and told to get out !

Quality WIFI but this was the only thing we were satisfied with.

The accomodation did not meet our expectations at all. The quality was at a very low standard, something I would expect from a very cheap hostel. There was hair all over the floor with orange and red stained towels- did not feel clean at all using them. In addition, there was black mould growing close to the balcony, and made it a very uncomfortable stay. We will not be returning.
