First of all the staff was really helpful and nice. They had a list with recomendations for restaurants, they always answered imediatly an questions, they we're Just perfekt. The rooms itself was really big and clean, aircondition was working fine. The hotel ist next to the historic museum with one of the most important trainstations near. The historic center ist a 10 minute walk, which was really sceanic.

Location was perfect with the heart of Naples at our door step including a very short walk to the Museo Metro station and the Archeological Museum. Our room was comfortable, spacious and clean. Monica, the host, is just a joy and very helpful arranging taxis, making recommendations and helping with luggage.

Nothing. Just be aware (which we were) it does require climbing stairs.

Monica's war welcome made our stay better than ever, she shared amazing insights about the places to visit and food to try, and greet us everyday with a tasty breakfast (fruit, tea and coffee, bread, local sweets etc). The location was very central and accessible to many places in the city, we were 20 min walk from all the attractions or even less. The train stations are just a few steps away and make your journey even more pleasant.

I appreciated the large room and bed with private bath, and generous breakfasts. And the air conditioning! It's also perfectly located in terms of getting to sights. Most importantly, Monica is an exceptionally kind, friendly, responsive, and helpful host. Anything you need--resto recommendations, daily itinerary recommendations, taxi to airport, etc--she's on it.

I would have appreciated more transparency around the amount of stairs one needs to climb to get to Monart. My friend and I had large heavy bags, but we managed. This should be easily attained information, as it is an accessibility issue. I understand the stairs are typical of Naples accommodations, though (so be warned)! I also was under the impression this was a hotel with a proper reception, which it is not--it is electronic access/check-in (which is easy & straightforward)

The house was very central. The rooms were cleaned every day without fail. We were greeted with a nice pie the first day we arrived, the coffee machine was very useful. Thank you very much for everything. Monica replied to every message instantly, she was very helpful, especially she kept our suitcases for 1 day🙏

The room itself was very nicely decorated and of a nice size. The location is adjacent to the Archaeological Museum and just down the street from the metro and train station, making it very convenient to make connections. We had to leave early for our train so didn’t meet our host, but communication was perfect.

I knew from other reviews that it was in the 3rd floor with no elevator. But I didn’t realize that this would add up to about 80 steps up. That was a tough climb with just carry on luggage for us. (We’re 72 and in good shape, but still! 🤪

The room was stunning, comfortable and clean as was the rest of the apartment. It was the perfect place to stay where we were close to everything you’d want to see in Naples while also getting some respite. Monica was so sweet and so helpful with recommendations and tourist guidance!

Only downside is the stairs to get to the room and some street noise but it was barely an issue at all.

Monica was lovely, very knowledgeable about Naples and quick to resolve the issue with blocked pipes in the bathroom on our arrival. She quickly called someone out and moved us to another room.

Unfortunately communication prior to our arrival was poor, assuming we use WhatsApp information was sent whilst we were travelling which we would not have received until we logged into wifi. Hence we could not find 'Monart' or had any idea about how to get into the building. A phone call was necessary and we were guided to the building and given the access codes. It would be helpful to send the information earlier and have a larger sign outside.

The room was very pretty with a lovely small balcony overlooking the city. The ensuite bathroom was big enough with a great shower and facilities in it. The breakfast each morning was served by the charming hostess/owner Monica who was very helpful with advice on what to do and where to go. The location was great in the fact that it was very close to the Musee underground station where both Line 1 and Line 2 run from giving great access to alot of city locations.

The noise from the main road near by was very load but this is Naples where everyone just beeps their car horn the whole time... Make sure you bring ear plugs with you. The bed was also a little hard for our liking, a nice soft mattress topper would be great.

The building is beautiful, Rooms are bright and clean. There is good sound proofing. Location is excellent. The host is very responsive and accommodating. There is a shared mini kitchen area & coffee offered in the morning

Was not aware there are 3 flights of narrow stairs to climb. The lights are controlled by some kind of touch / automated mechanism and not easy to control.
