Location brilliant, very large room was beautiful and clean, a quiet retreat from the chaos of Naples. Place especially conducive for creative people- proper writing desk in my room. Owners not on property but very available, respond quickly on WhatsApp.

Missed having generous facilities for tea and coffee making, no mini bar in room to store own food or drink. Breakfast was ok but not excellent. Felt like there was lack of generosity in the place- a small boutique hotel would benefit from being generously provided with facilities for at least beverages, maybe biscuits, a bowl of tangerines or apples in communal space. Would look and be more welcoming.

My room was absolutly beutiful! I stayed by myself, but the room is big enough for 2 people. The room is compleatly new, with some vintage furniture and artworks all around! The stuff was very nice SND friendly, wifi worked great even for my computer. Bed was very confortable! It was definitely one of the most beutiful hotels I ever stayed at!

There was some noise coming from the outside, like everywhere in Italy, but as long as I used my earplugs I didnt hear anything anymore. The breakfast was quite minimal, but I always had some fruit, and you could make tea all day. Also please keep in mind that there is extra charge for checkin after 19:00.

We loved this place and the concept behind it, blending art space and hotel. A lot of thought has gone in to the decoration of the rooms to bring the outside views in. There is a lovely large shared room where breakfast is served. It is also a calm, relaxing place to sit and read etc. The director that we met was very passionate and inspiring about the venture. He also gave us good recommendations of places to visit, eat, drink etc. We booked the suite which was very spacious, comfortable and stylish. The hotel is located by a very busy junction and it felt like you stepped into a little oasis of calm when you came inside. I would recommend going for a room facing the courtyard for a quieter stay. The hotel is in a good location for visiting the city sights, restaurants, bars etc.

Unfortunately 150 yr old plumbing meant that at times the bathroom did not smell great. The staff showed great concern and tried their best to rectify it.

Lovely little hotel in an excellent location with thoughtful and helpful staff! We came to Naples for the first time and only stayed one night, but our hosts were super friendly and helpful, even though we didn’t speak much Italian. The hotel was within walking distance of excellent food, shops, and right around the corner from the archeological museum. We also loved the communal lounge room and delicious fresh breakfast and were able to meet some friendly fellow travelers there. If you are planning to drive, the parking lot is a bit of a walk and the streets are very busy, so be prepared for a quick luggage drop off/pickup! Would definitely stay here again!

SuperOtium is like an oasis in the middle of Naples. We were so pleased with our stay here! Our room was fairly big with very tall ceilings and charmingly furnished. There was a nice common sitting area with comfortable chairs and many plants. We also enjoyed the featured artworks and relaxed community atmosphere. The breakfast was lovely, and our host Bruna was gracious and hospitable. She was able to offer options to meet our dietary restrictions on very short notice and also set up transportation to the airport. The location was fantastic, as the amazing Museo Archeologico of Naples was right around the block and other sights and restaurants were within walking distance. We hope to stay here again in the future!

Fantastic property, great value for money that immediately diffused huge stress our family experienced by cancelled flights. The accommodation is a supreme feast for the eye, almost education in good taste, comfortable, well located and with super helpful staff. 100% recommended!!

Nothing major of note, if pressed just one small though I had about the continental breakfast on offer (think cereals, brilliant croissant, butter, jam, yoghurt, fruit) is that it was limited in protein so if one suffers from diabetes (I don’t, luckily), anything you ate there on the day would spike your insulin levels. I would recommend offering a choice of continental meats, cheese, grainy or rye bread, a selection of cheeses, tomatoes and eggs. Other than that utter perfection!

The location is great in terms of being very central. The road outside however is quite hectic and overwhelming. You can’t hear any traffic from the rooms though which is great. The place overall is beautiful and we felt very looked after by the staff who cleaned our room everyday, made our beds and changed the towels regularly. Very comfortable and also stylish.

The breakfast was adequate. More choice and fresher bread/ pastries would’ve been nice but for the price it was good enough.

I loved the concept of having Resident artists displaying the art in the hotel. I personally loved the fabric that hangs on the top of the bed. I enjoyed the fact that there was also enough surface space to put all of our stuff, so it was both aesthetically pleasing but also functional (and this lacks in lots of hotels). Location was very good, close to one main street and close to the metro.

Wifi didn't work in my room (room 3), but in the commom area worked well.

SuperOtium is located in a very cool old building just next to the Archeological Museum. The Deluxe Queen Sweet was very clean, comfortable, and well-decorated, and I was obsessed with how high the ceilings were! The bed was incredibly comfortable and the rainfall shower was very nice too. I like that the location is a bit removed from the hustle and bustle of the historic city center, but it was still very easy to walk or take to metro to everything. I would definitely recommend staying at SuperOtium!

Small but comfortable private hotel with lovely decorations in public areas as well as rooms. Very helpful staff, friendly and always ready to chat about Napoli. Beds among the most comfortable I’ve experienced in a hotel. Lovely sitting/reading area near the breakfast area, great place to relax.

I liked everything but travellers should be aware that the rooms don’t have TVs, fridges, coffee makers or microwaves. Not a big deal for me but good to know…
