The host Erika was so helpful and lovely. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Called us taxis whenever we needed too. She contacted me before our trip to see if she could book anything for us which was so helpful. Bathroom is very clean and spacious. Breakfast was delivered to our room each morning at the time we requested. The b & b is just behind the napoli museo Archeologico and then right near that are bus stops and a metro station. There is a supermarket within a short walk and to get to a main square with restaurants and shops was again a shortish walk away. I have a bad back and it was fine for me.

I didn't realise before I booked that you have to go up 4 flights of stairs which I find very difficult. My teenage granddaughters just ran up them though! I missed being able to have an English cup of tea, so my advice would be to take a few tea bags and get some milk when you are there.

Erika was the property manager. The apartment was on the 2nd floor, which meant 3rd floor by American standards. No elevator. And I had a 40 lbs suitcase (and I’m older). Erika met me at the front courtyard, took my suitcase and lugged it up the stairs. This was greatly appreciated! Everything about the apartment was wonderful (except the small doorway off the alley, a small inconvenience). Breakfast was brought to the room. You had choices about the breakfast items the night before. Very large shower, more than twice the size of your average European shower. The apartment is about 1 block from the Archeological Museum, which is a must see. I would definitely stay there again!

The doorway off the alley is small. You might bump your head on the way in.

Erika was a wonderful hostess. Our room was perfect for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast delivered to us as ordered was lovely. Easy access to public transport and loads of amazing food places a very short walk away. We felt very secure with three locked doors between us and the street, so had no worries about our belongings. We enjoyed our time here and highly recommend it as a place for families with older children. I imagine the steps might be difficult with a stroller or people with mobility issues but for most people it would be fine :-)

The breakfast was really nice and Erika even made me a gluten free breakfast including a fresh chocolate croissant from the bakery nearby. The location was amazing, right next to the museum and a short walk to the center. The beds and pillows were really comfortable and Erika was so lovely and helpful. She suggested restaurants and places to visit and ordered us a taxi for the airport when we left. Would highly recommend.

Everything was great. The noise of the rain on the plastic roof outside was a little noisy at night but this wasn’t a big problem at all.

1) the hotel is close to the historical center but the neighbourhood was not very okay. In case you drive a car I suggest you don't say to the center of the city 2) hotel parking was not very okay. It was very difficult to get into the parking. Very tight space.

The owners were so lovely and friendly, we were able to check in early, making the process feel smooth and we were instantly at ease. You are provided the option to have breakfast in the bedroom which made it feel relaxing. The room had a fridge also with drinks that you could buy at an additional fee and the room had everything you needed. Very close to transport and within short walking distance to most restaurants in Naples. Staff provided extra touches with a gifted tote bag to remember our stay & during our stay it was my birthday and we kindly got provided some cakes.

Very good location, 2 min walk to Museo Metro station. Clean room with new towels every day. Good breakfast served in the room with different options every day. Erika in the reception was very friendly and welcoming.

The room could have been a bit bigger. There were some services theoretically included in the booking (like an airport transfer and wine) but before arrival we were informed we would have to pay extra for them, so there needs to be some arrangement about that. The communication was sometimes difficult because of the poor level of english.

Erika is superb! She have been in contact with me from the beginning to end of our stay. Help with other accommodation like taxi to all destinations we have to go. Making sure we have the opportunity to choose our breakfast menu. And since we have an early tour on our last day, I asked her if its possible to have an early breakfast, unfortunately she can’t. But she recommended that she can cook the food the night before, bag it and leave it in our room, and I agreed. However, there is no microwave in the room to hit the food so we end up eating it cold. I still appreciate all the work she did.

Nothing big about the property at all. Looking forward to have a microwave in the room like how other hotels have it standard in any room. Also, for a first timer, arriving at night, and exhausted for the long flight….its hard to locate the place ☹️. Taxi just drop us off, thinking we know where to go. It could have been perfect if there will be a sign outside exactly where to go or send a screen shot of the property when contacting customer to check in via booking.com but as I have mentioned, Erika is superb she went down the building to meet us up.

Very clean, comfortable room with great bed, 2 arm chairs, breakfast bar, and fridge in a convenient location for the airport, Naples metro (just one stop to the central station, circumvesuviano, and bus station) the archeological museum, and restaurants. Very accommodating hosts.

Stairs to the B&B on the 2nd floor are very steep and dark on the lower floors. Maybe we didn’t make the best choices from the breakfast options, which were delivered to our room exactly at the time we requested, but we have had better.

Room was spacious and modern. Nicely decorated. I like that they had USB port, making it faster to charge my phone and my power bank. Conveniently located and closed to many places I wanted to see. Erica was very nice and always checked on my to make sure I was OK or if I needed anything.

I had a hard time opening the doors for both the main gate downstairs and the main door. And the fact that there was no elevator. If you have heavy luggage it's difficult because this is not on the first floor. Erica was nice enough to carry my luggage going up when I first got there, but when I checked out, I had to do it myself. I have bad back from my car accidents so this was very hard for me. Other than this everything was fine.
