2 waters and food left for us. 2 nice air conditioners - 1 in the bedroom and 1 in the living room. Changing towers and given toilet paper when needed. Elevator to 4th floor. Big bed. Included breakfast & drink every morning at a nearby nice caffeteria.

Narrow shower cabin. Noisy at night from the other guests and in the morning from the cleaning girls.

Very nice place with friendly staff. Modern furniture, beautiful bathroom, comfortable bed. There was good breakfast in the price. The apartment was really close to the center. Everything is in walking distance. Great restaurants nearby.

For us to open the main entrance door was a bit difficult sometimes.

the shower in the bathroom was a bit inconvenient to use without spraying water all over. Perhaps a shower curtain would solve the issue. Also just a suggestion would be to put a small shelf near the sink for holding toiletries and personal items. You may also want your guests to know in the description that the included breakfast is a short walk away and not at the property.

Although the apartment itself is renovated the building is very old. The lift is small, slow and very old. It needs to be operated with extra care because you can get stuck between the floors if trying to open the door earlier. In the apartment there is not enough natural light, due to the architecture of the building.

It was written in Booking that the room has a balcony, but actually there wasn't. The room's view is to an internal yard. There was a problem with the key, doesn't fitted easily into the keylock, this problem was communicated also by other guests, but still is not resolved.

The facility is located in an excellent and very strategic point. Very close to Metro Museo and a few minutes walk from the city centre. The staff is friendly and professional. The facility will certainly be my first option for future travel to Naples

It was a good room, the host was kind, good wi-fi, and it's near to the metro station.

The location is not bad but it's far from the main attractions of the city so the price could be cheaper, the cleanliness of the bathroom could be better and there is no safe place to leave the luggage if u arrive earlier or need it after the check-out.

The bubble bath was quite amazing. Location very central. A lot of space, the design of the room is nice. Friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Was very clean.

The noise during the night. We lost quite some sleep because of that and I believe the owners should invest in some soundproof balcony doors.

We had a really good time at Luxury 2.0. The staff is kind and frendly. The room was clean, quiet and had all the facilities. Also is good the location, situated close to the center, metro station and walking distance to some of the best touristic objects in the city. It's hight recomendet!

Our hostess was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean, room service did an excellent job. Everything worked correctly, Definitely would recommend this place.

Depending on the room, traffic sounds from the street will occasionally trouble getting sleep.
