It was so easy to get to. The train station is literaly across the road..Communication with host was amazing and check in is easy. The appartment was lovely and well equipped with everything u might need. We had aircon which was great. Doors to balcony were sound proof and there was a shutter so you can darken the room. Breakfast was lovely. We had a choice of either savoury or sweet. So we some had sweet and some had savoury. Savoury consisted of lovely meats and cheeses and toast and sweet was beautiful local pastries and of tea and coffees.our host was so helpful to us. We will come here again. Thanks again.

Right next to the main museum, super clean and comfy. The staff were amazing - Francesca messaged us before we left the UK and gave us clear directions how to access the flat including a video (it’s a little convoluted but easy) she also looked after our bags whilst we visited the various sites the next day allowing us to have a spare key until we were finished 👍 breakfast simple but fresh, timely and tasty.

It is on a main road so background traffic noise but sense everywhere in Naples has that! We also did have a noisy neighbour (annoying phone calls during night) which is of course not the property’s fault but did make it clear that the dividing walls are not solid.

This was my third time staying at Museo19 and certainly won't be the last. Everything shown in pictures is what you find in reality: spotlessly clean rooms, amazing breakfast, balcony with a perfect view of one of the central squares in Naples. Metro connectivity is amazing with the various city spots and central train/bus station, and all parts of historical city center and even the seaside are easily reachable by walking. Absolutely perfect choice for visiting Naples, regardless if it's for just one night or multiple.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely B&B in Naples. Francesca and Alessia were incredibly kind and attentive, taking care of us every morning with a delicious breakfast and offering fresh towels daily throughout our stay. The room was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We truly felt at home thanks to their warm hospitality. A special thank you for the thoughtful souvenir at check-out – it was a lovely surprise! Grazie mille!

Nice B&B in the center of the old city of Naples. The location is excellent, close to everything that you need while on vacation. The staff, Francisca and Alessia were very kind and helpful. The room was rather large and the bed comfortable, we also had a balcony. The street underneath is noisy; however, we could not hear it in the room due to the double window.

The B&B is on the 4th floor, you have to take 2 elevators to arrive or go upstairs. To use the first elevator, you must place a 20-cent coin in a special cassette, so make sure you have quite a few unless you want to go up and down 4 stages each time, especially with your luggage. Breakfast options were very limited.

First of all was the security as there are multiple doors and elevators to go through to get to the B&B. Secondly was the customer service, we were constantly being kept up to date with procedures by the hosts and was treated every morning to fresh breakfast hand made and delivered to our door for us to enjoy on the balcony. The place was spotless and very well stocked with amenities and if you needed more you could easily ask. It's location is perfect as it's just in front of a metro station that is only 1 stop away from the main train station so access is very easy, as well as this it is very close to the archeological museum and a very busy shopping street. Another point I'd like to make is that the apartment is beside a very busy street so noise levels were something that could've been an issue however the room is amazingly insulated, once the balcony doors are shut close you wouldn't think there was a busy road outside at all. Overall my partner and I would highly recommend this B&B for anyone travelling to the area and we definitely hope to be back. We would just like to thank our two hosts for all their help and a wonderful stay.

Francesca had great and responsive communication. She helped us book a private car for an early morning flight out of Naples. The driver was professional, the car was clean, and it greatly reduced our stress of getting a taxi ourselves in the morning. Communications were done over WhatsApp and Francesca even sent a super helpful video showing how to get into the building and use the elevators. We stayed only one night in Naples out of necessity, since we had to catch a flight in the morning. The location was close to the airport, but also about 30 minutes walking distance to the waterfront and nearby some recommended pizzerias. We couldn't explore all of Naples in one night, but the location was perfect for seeing the city and getting a basic feel of it.

The walls are a little thin and we could hear our neighbors at night. They weren't playing loud television or anything, just a little bit of chatting, I'm sure they could hear us too! We needed a place to sleep for one night only, so we were just so exhausted and had no problem sleeping. We didn't hear any street noise at night with the doors closed.

Lovely clean, bright and spacious room with nice balcony. Fabulous breakfast provided and Francesca is very friendly and helpful. Location is very good for visiting Napoli, it is close to the metro/regional train and walking distance to the main highlights in the historical centre. Great travel cot provided.

The accommodation is above a very busy loud road, however, when the balcony door is closed you cannot hear it at all!

Close to our tour pick up location. Helpful staff with great communication. Host Booked our taxi to train station with a prompt and friendly driver. Breakfast provided was very convenient. Hospitable service. Quiet room With thick glass doors to absorb noise from traffic below. Balcony. Very understanding about our change of plans due to flight cancellation.

A little hard to access with lots of luggage.

I had a super experience at Museo19. The check in instructions were very clear, the room was very comfortable and the host gave great recommendations for the city. The breakfast served on the balcony each morning was brilliant and set me up right for the day. The area has a few nice cafes and bars and is close walking distance to the main attractions . A great base to explore Napoli.
