Tidy and comfortable room, large and modern toilet/shower. Comfy bed. Chose this place partially due to proximity to Piazza Cavour metro - was taking a ferry to Ischia from Pozzuoli in the morning and I only had to cross the street to get there. Also it's only 250m walk to Museo M2 station. I give 10 star rating, because for the price of 39 EUR that was indeed an exceptional value for money and the standard of the room was great. A friendly neighbour Manuela opened the house door for me and gave indications which lift to take, I only had to send the photo of the flat door.

When I arrived I was running for the toilet and I couldn't think clearly to find it quickly. The room had the same number as the toilet and it didn't occur to me that the key with number 3 inside the room was the key to the toilet and I've spent like 15 min before finally contacting the owner. A better indication or placing a universal toilet sign would be helpful.

Perfect location. Across from metro and within walking distance to many restaurants, cafes, and bars. Lots of people around. I felt safe walking around at night alone Host speaks great English and is very timely in his responses. Self check in was very easy and simple. The room and bathroom itself is spotless. The cleanest room ever. Pillows very comfortable. Blue light in bathroom for a subtle night light The breakfast ticket is a super nice touch. Right below room and offers many options. A nice local experience

It was good to have a small balcony so that we could sit outside. It was very close to the Metro which was ideal for us travelling by train and an easy walk to the historical centre. Security was good and our host was helpful.

The description said breakfast was included but this was actually a voucher for coffee and a croissant at a nearby cafe - no choices or healthy options. There were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. It was only on the second day we discovered there were trays on a shelf in the corridor with kettle etc. I don’t understand why they don’t just put a tray in every room.

Had everything you need for B&B. It was clean, that's always crucial for us. The bed and pillows are super comfy. Location is good for moving around the city. Metro station Piazza Cavour is just across the street. Keep in mind it's on the main street so it's noisy, even at night. But it's Naples, noise and chaos is everywhere. Host is helpful with all you might need. After your check-out you are allowed to keep your stuff locked in a cabinet and come for it later during the day. Breakfast is just traditional Italian. You'll get a voucher to use for coffee and croissant in a coffeeteria 20m away.

Our stay at Napoli Regina was perfect - we only needed somewhere for one night that was clean and tidy before moving on to our holiday in Sorrento. Napoli Regina is exceptionally clean, bathroom facilities are good and beds were comfy. We managed the check in process easily and Enzo was straight in touch via Whatsapp when we arrived in Naples. I would say it may be a little more complicated for some if you’re not handy with your mobile device etc as there is quite a few steps to follow to reach the room. Enzo also recommended a really good pizzeria 5 minutes walk from the property which we really appreciated and had amazing pizza (Lombardi). Overall a really good stay!

Nothing other than the check in process has a fair few steps but this cannot really be helped as it is more of a remote apartment rather than a hotel

Great location. 20 minutes walk to /from the train station. Also close to walk around the centre etc. The room and bathroom was very very spacious and very clean. Top security into the building and into the room.

The only tiny thing was that you couldn't lock the bedroom door when you went across the hall to the (fab) bathroom as the light switch was connected to the key in the room. As a solo traveller it's important that my bags are secure at all times. Please note this is not an issue when more than one stay in the room and the room could easily sleep 4 people.

Shower is quite narrow and small so you have to be a bit careful when showering in order to avoid potential injuries. Rooms facing the main street so quite noisy from all the traffic. Not that easy to find and access, would help to send exact directions on the entrance door to the building, which elevator to access and how to reach the apart from the inner courtyard. I asked an old lady living there on how to reach the apart.

This little spot was SUPER comfy. The beds were 10/10. Location was also really good, just on the outskirts of the old town and easy to reach from the airport and station. While we never met the host, he was very helpful and communicative. The breakfast (coffee and croissant) was perfectly delicious and sufficient at a little Cafe down the road.

A little overpriced for what you get. Tea and coffee is quite limited (no coffee or milk is provided). If you're sensitive to noise, keep in mind the walls are very thin so you can hear all the neighbors and other guests. The room was quite small, but okay for a short stay. Overall we enjoyed our stay as it was the perfect spot from which to explore the city :)

We had a good stay. Great location close to centre of town. Room was clean and comfortable with a balcony. Host was contactable by email. Good value for money for bed and breakfast.

Arrival in building was confusing. Once in we were fine. Would have liked daily room service but this is not provided. Further information leaflets in room re facilities and surrounding area would be helpful.

Excellent location, lively, center accessible on foot in 15-20 min and metro just across the street. Very clean, host very responsive, easy self check in instructions, the breakfast a very nice touch.

The window of the twin is at the same level of the courtyard so not possible to have the window open without being seen
