The room was clean and spacious. Even though Naples is a loud city, we didn't hear the noise from the streets, so you can definitely get a good sleep! Our keys for the gate were not working so we had to call every time, which was not a big deal as Tiziana always answered within seconds and opened the gate remotely.

We had two different rooms at Beb la gemma. Both were spacious and clean, but one has a stain from water/humidity which should be fixed. We waited an hour for the check out and payment, and almost missed our train. Don't know if this was a one time only thing, but in case just don't expect the staff to show up on time, but leave some buffer.

It was clean, the stuff was kind and polite and it remains one of the best value for money choices. Center is a bit far from the apartment (15min walk at least), for example, piazza bellini is about 1,3 km. If you enjoy walking it is a perfect choice. The neighborhound even though it is a ghetto and hosts a variety of people, it is calm and everything rolls fine . Would recommend to anyone who wants a value for money apartment and enjoy walking.

Poor Wifi connection

Amazing place! Everything is very very clean and also the location is simply perfect. In the middle of Rione Sanità, you can see and feel Napoli’s life. Internet connection is also really good and fast, I could work from home without any problem. Lastly, the staff is caring, friendly and welcoming. SUPER! We definitely will come back to Beb La Gemma.

The location was good, the bed was comfortable, and it was easy to find. The coffee machine was a nice touch, the shower was great, and there was a bath and bidet if you needed it. The host was flexible about my arrival time which was great.

The WiFi did not reach our devices in our room which was frustrating as we hoped to do some work and catch up with family. There was also no signal in the room making it impossible to use the Internet without leaving the room, so we resorted to visiting a cafe for WiFi.

I liked the place and the room was big and clean, also interior is good, fresh. Only one thing-there is no opportunity to leave back pack :( I came to Napoli only for 1 day and it was a pitty to hear that i just need to check out 11 am. So pay money and go away. Tiziana helped me a bit with back pack, but anyway it was uncomfortable. I lost 2-3 hours just to solve the problem with my backpack and moovement to other place. The rest is ok!!!

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable! The location is perfect for enjoying the napolitanian life and walking in the city center. They were also flexible with our check-in time.

The hostess doesn't speak English, but she is polite and kind, and we could communicate through the platform's chat.

The location was close to everything we wanted to see and not too far from the metro station.

Nothing was bad with the hotel. The only part that was difficult was getting used to walking on the streets in the neighborhood with the traffic.

A lot of space in a room. Very good location in a city center. We could check in earlier as we had a flight early in the morning. It was very clean inside and the room looks exactly like on the photos.

We had breakfast included however we were able to eat it only once (we were there for 3 nights). Hard to communicate with the host as she doesnt speak english.

We are trilled that we act’ly found this place! Our pinned of interest are literally at this busy street! And the room is huge & clean. We did not expect it to be this modern and every inviting! And thanks to the coffee machine that readily available for everyone.

I liked the croissant. I appreciated getting a more expensive room than I paid for for the last two nights. Vibrant and cultural neighborhood, not touristy. Owner was very nice.

I was confused getting into the bed and breakfast. The owner was not there initially.
