WONDERFUL STAFF, especially Michela and Arianna!!!!!! Hotel was 10-20 minutes walking distance to archaeological museum and town centre. Best air conditioning, which you really need in the summer! Beds were incredibly comfortable and room was huge!! Hotel provided parking, which is difficult in Naples. Definitely a REPEAT if we ever come back to Naples!!!!

Breakfast could have been more plentiful, both in terms of selection and quantity. Even though it is supposed to run until 10:30 am, if you get there at 10 am there is not a lot left on the buffet. Other than this, the hotel would have been a 10 !!!!! It is also a bit difficult to find, especially with impatient Naples drivers honking at you and motor bikes coming from all directions!!!!!

Brilliant and exceptional service provided by DAVID. He really made our stay very comfortable and quite amazing. He was so welcoming and told us so much about the local area. Always happy, smiling and accommodating. We miss him! Very fresh and varied breakfast. Catered to all tastes. Lots of options...lots of fresh fruit, Yoghurt, juices, coffee machine, cooked breakfast, beautiful fresh cakes and pastries. This is a beautiful little boutique hotel with a little grand staircase leading up to a quaint garden that is so relaxing and tranquil. Very clean, well maintained, newly painted and decorated and with a really comfortable bed. Would highly recommend anyone staying here.

Good service and the room was clean and just as expected by the description. Location is okey, but keep in mind that if you go in July when it is 30+ degrees outside, it is a good walk to get down to Neapel center in the heat. Clean room with good wifi and functioning smart tvs (we have had bad expdriences with this during our italian trip). The breakfast was kind of limited in choices, but all and all good. We only stayed for one night, but would absolutly come back again.

It had that old world charm. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The breakfast was superb and the staff were all friendly. They had a beautiful garden too but we didn’t have time to try the spa. Gabriela at reception checked us in early and gave us all the info we needed to make our stay pleasant and comfortable. The restaurants she recommended were all really good. Thank you!

Maybe have a few more hooks to hang towels. Once we came home by foot and it’s a little uphill so not good for handicapped people but if taking taxi then it’s fine.

It is a nice traditional Italian hotel, Good spacious room, with jacuzzi bath. Unfortunately we had two nights without air con, They offered alternative rooms, but they were inferior, so had a fan. The last night air con was restored. Very busy city with cars and many motor bikes, lots of tired buildings and graffiti, but once you get into the spirit, then you realise that that makes the city, a very vibrant place with lovely people Mitchela on reception was lovely

The area is not great and you need to taxi to go anywhere, unless you want to walk 20 minutes.

Parking! This is the main reason I picked Eliseo. Beware google maps takes you to the right and wants you to go into a residential parking garage. Don’t turn right just go straight up the hill. Bit for the price it’s a 4 star hotel w parking on site. Very happy w that! Breakfast was decent too. Easy 15 min to walk to Piazza Dante area which is quite lively and made me feel old.

No fault of the hotel but someone else as blasting music outside around 3am for 30 minutes maybe. That and the horns. Bring ear plugs.

Fernandina at the front desk was absolutely fantastic - she got us all checked in and gave us great suggestions as to what to check out in the neighborhood, as well as maps to the city. The entire staff was amazing and so friendly - especially the night clerk, whose name we did not catch but he as black and silver hair in a pony tail, punk vibes and silver earrings. He helped us out because our air conditioning was not working, and did absolutely everything within his power to help. Everyone speaks near-perfect English and encouraged us to check out the gorgeous gardens, and a 300-year old tree on property. The view of Naples from the garden is stunning, and we really enjoyed the hot tub on our room's patio. Breathtaking spiral marble staircase, DELICIOUS breakfast with on-demand macchiatos, lattes, Americanos, etc. made by a friendly server who moves around like a silent perfect hummingbird refilling pastry trays and juices. We LOVED this place and the entire vibe. Free parking is a godsend, too. Especially in Naples!

Would have LOVED to have working A/C but it wasn't anyone's fault and they bent over backwards to try and fix it. They would have upgraded our room for free but the hotel was entirely booked!

Friendly staff, clean room and comfy beds. Towels, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and a few other bits are provided. There is a mini fridge with some beverages. A little safe for your valuables too. There is a lovely garden area where you can bring your own food to enjoy if you are not eating out. We have enjoyed our stay day as a family of four in a family room.

The room was absolutely beautiful and the addition of a terrace with a spa was divine. The property felt very secure. The breakfast was next level...extremely generous buffet, just gorgeous. Bed was so comfortable!

It was a pity the terrace had a solid plastic builder's curtain blocking the view and ruining the ambience of the outside area. Also very bright outdoor lights and walls that don't go to the ceiling on the terrace again ruined ambience and meant that we had to put up with the smoker next door.
