Possibly one of the best locations in Naples — just a block from endless shops and restaurants. The gated parking adds great peace of mind for rental cars, and both the room and surrounding area were clean and comfortable. The highlight was the charming little church inside the hotel. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

My only minor complaint is that the windows could use a bit more soundproofing, as we could hear motorbikes passing by at night.

- Great location, quiet area in Vomero, close to Floridiana park and busy shopping streets w cafés. Metro and funicular provide easy access to downtown. - We were allowed to check in early which was a great perk. The benefit of a small hotel with flexibility vs big chains :) - Rooms are spacious and freshly renovated

For my taste, there were too many sweet options at the breakfast. There was also plenty of fruit though, as well as yoghurt and boiled eggs.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Each time I asked for something, they did their best to assist me. I was able to keep my bag in the hotel storage after checkout until my flight. I also liked the common area, where you can charge your phone and take a rest or work. The bed was wide, and there was a comfortable shelf. The air conditioner and TV were working well.

Internet connection was poor. Bathroom and the pillows were uncomfortable.

Villa Albina is located in a great part of Vomero, close to shopping, restaurants, parks and cable cars to Napoli proper. It's a very quiet setting with great staff and parking available on site with good security for your vehicle. It's a good location to either arrive or leave for the airport. The staff is the best part of this Hotel gem.

Room was decent. Breakfast was very good. Staff very helpful and friendly

An armchair would not hurt. The room and bathroom especially need more shelves. The shower stall was small and the location of the shower head poorly designed. Stall was rectangular but the shower head holder and faucet knob were placed on the narrow side making it hard to move around and even bend to soap the legs. The slippery floor did not help and is indeed dangerous. A small shelf in the shower stall would help. The toilet paper holder was poorly designed and the roll kept falling out on the floor. Furthermore the holder was falling off the wall as the anchors were worn out. I had to fix it myself.

Location and access to Naples centre was excellent. Cable car station was only a short walk away and the trip was about 5 minutes into city centre for €1.30 per trip. Vemoro area is beautiful with so many cobbled and pedestrian streets lined with great restaurants and coffee shops etc.....a great and safe location to base yourself in Naples.....

The room was clean, the service is great, people are always smiling, the breakfast is nice, the bathroom was good, clean, and bigger than I expected, the bed and the pillow were comfortable enough. Comfortable location, very recommended.

This is really nice place to stay in Napoli. The food was great, room was really clean and the hotel receptionist was so kind and friendly(both of them).

Very friendly and helpful people are working there.

1. No employees present during the night. The fire alarm started accidentaly and nobody were there to stop it for a half of hour. 2. Usually, if you reserve on booking.com you get the best room available. This time, it wasn't the case in our... case. 3. If the city centre is your point of intrest, then you should think again. The traffic is often bad and, if you experience a strike of th epublic transportation workers, as we did, you are quite isolated on the top of the hill.

Location was excellent: close to metro and funiculars allowed me to go places. Vomero area is away (20 min) from the hustle and bustle of central Napoli, but accesible thu public transportation. Hotel is very quiet, windows are soundproof. AC worked perfect. Room was pristine and cleaned every day. Staff was courteous and willing to help. Breakfast was continental with lots of options. Common areas too are in excellent condition. Toiletries in bathroom. Lots of places to eat at via Scarlati and environs, with lots of choices for food.

The room lacked a drinking cup or glass. Recommend putting disposable or plastic in bathroom.
