Very nicely furnished. The heating was actually heating (not so common in Italy on the end of March). Great location. Very nice and helpful staff. The windows were well sealed double glazed, not letting the street noice in and heat out.

There was only one wine glass. There were a few small ants in the bathroom. There is no way to control the heating by the guest. It is turned on and off centrally.

Wonderful location in vibrant but quiet Vomero. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable. Vintage decor just like in the photographs. Extremely friendly welcome, though the lady did not speak English. We were able to check in earlier. The host solved any problems immediately. There are cafes and bars and restaurants in the vincinity, the metro is 10-minute walk away and so is the furniculare. We really rested and would come back when we’re in Napoli again.

These are not drawbacks, just things that surprised us: it is a normal aprtment turned into b&b. There are three rooms, so it is cosy. I worried about the glass door, but it was reayquiet. The onky noise is the water system, especially if someone showers in wnext room. But it didn’t bother us much. Breakfast is rather perfunctory: packed croissants, jam and yoghurt. But then there are so many breakfast options around it woulybe a shame to eat at home:)

The breakfast option was a clever trick, but still a bit underwhelming. It should have been more clear in the description that the room is located in a 3-bedroom apartment and that breakfast consists of pre-packaged pastries and some jam.

We had a spacious studio with access to a large terrace and a balcony. Anna welcomed us warmly and had the room ready for us already in the morning, before the listed check-in time, which was much appreciated. Vomero is a very nice and less crowded and touristy area, but be aware that getting to the center or train station then takes 20–30 min.

The hosts were amazing, Federico was always quick to reply and even waited an extra while to help us check in. I loved the area, although there was a lot of audible activity downstairs at night, it was very safe and very close to good restaurants and cafes.

Everything was great at the B&B except the water system makes a lot of noise. So if your neighbours shower late at night (which ours did) it's very noisy till the time they're using water and only stops when done.

- Personal didn’t respond to my request about airport taxi. We needed help to organize it because our flight was very early in the morning. - Loud people on the street. Every night, there was somebody sitting under our window and they just yelled until 3 am. - Loud main door to the building. When you were sleeping, you were literally woken up with the slap noise they made.

Great location, beautiful and vibrant area of Napoli. Supermarkets, cafes, restaurants nearby and also 10 min walk to the subway. The apartment room was spacious and the coffee machine was great. Our beautiful host Anna was so kind and helpful, she gave us some great recommendations and made sure we were comfortable with our stay. She made a great impression on our first time visiting Napoli.

Compared to other places of Naples -which are very dirty- our location was pretty clean. For public transport it was really good, many options just a few minutes away. So as grocery shop, cafés and restaurants. The host cleaned our room day by day (its in the price) that was also nice. Air condition was working well and was silent. We had some issues with the bathroom and the host lady was very helpful and supportive.

To communicate in english was an issue for sure. We could solve the problem with google translate but… There was a hotplate and a washing machine but none of them were allowed to use sadly.

The owner didn’t really explain how to find the flat, and there weren’t any signs, and show come. Instead the woman who cleaned was there to receive us but she only spoke italian so communication was really hard. There’s wasn’t a reception or any point of information about the area.

Very nice host Frederico who spoke english well. Appartment met our expectations and was cleaned daily. Nice to have a balcony. Spacious bathroom.

We would have like a kitchen knife, cutting board since kitchen was so well equipped! Just a minor detail
