I can't speak highly enough about this hotel. I believe it was recently refurbished and you can tell. It's modern and clean and stylish. The Technogym was a bonus for us to try and burn off some of the pasta but to be honest, the thoughtful and friendly staff were actually one of the hight lights at the hotel. They were happy to advise on getting around their city, places to eat, the best way to visit the islands - everything and anything. The room was spacious and had two bathrooms which seemed the height of luxury! And the bed! King sized comfort. I would definitely recommend and hope to return very soon.

Be aware that the pool on the roof is jacuzzi sized and requires separate booking because of this, but this should not put you off staying at this well appointed, luxurious, relaxing hotel.

The hotel is new, modern, clean with spacious rooms. The 5th floor lounge area has amazing views.

We were distributed by hotel staff at 2 AM & we notified the reception at check out with no compensation from their side.

A fantastic location overlooking the bay of Naples. It is on a height and our room was on the second floor had a great view and a small balcony. The hotel is beautiful with a large terrace bar on the roof and a restaurant, although we did not eat there. The Chiara area of Naples is relatively quiet and felt safe to walk around with lots of nice local shops, cafes, restaurants and bars. We travelled in a group of four adults so took taxis on longer distances to the historic centre, Duormo etc and we always took a taxi back in the evening. Taxis are affordable and plentiful. I would very much recommend the hotel as it was a relaxing retreat in the evening after a busy day sightseeing.

We had a room that had an adjoining door which we did not request. To accommodate the door when in use resulted in the room being very sparsely furnished with only one armchair and lots of empty space and no surfaces to put "stuff" on. It was eventually rectified after a couple of requests - it was a little bizarre however.

The hotel has magnificent views of the Bay of Naples, Vesuvius and CaprI It is so relaxing and quite Great to come back to after sightseeing during the day Room was excellent. The staff were friendly, cordial and very helpful. The dinners we had were really good. The seabass petals, ravioli and lemon shell with liquorice and caramel were our favourites The breakfast was also enjoyable, the staff being very attentive. Would certainly stay there next time in Naples

Location. noisy traffic no nearby amenities far from city attractions you need a taxi and there few taxis available in the evening so going back to the hotel was very difficult and a bit scary too.

The hotel was great and has a great rooftop restaurant and bar which we got a lot of use out of. Our room was huge and very clean. However there was not enough wardrobe or draw space to hang or fold clothes which meant that we had to live out of our suitcase for one week. The bathroom although very lovely has no bench space and with two people would have been okay for one night but a week made it very difficult.

The staff were amazing, everyone we encountered were so lovely, helpful and accommodating.

Location was a little out of the center but quite a nice walk, if you don't mind some hills and steps on the way back. Hotel would call a taxi for you and you could be there in about 8 mins. Felt very safe in this neighbourhood. Beautiful views from our room balcony of Naples, Mt Versuvius and the Isle of Capri. Hotel staff very courteous and helpful, especially the bar and restaurant staff. They got to know us quickly and the restaurant staff would make suggestions for wine pairing and different foods on the menu. Food was excellent and the Chef always sent tasty treats for us to try with our drinks. Views from the rooftop Terrace were amazing!

One little glitch was that the balcony door wouldn't close properly at the bottom, so we would have to play with it to at least get the handle to lock. This still left the slight gap. They couldn't seem to fix it. Might have been a problem if it let bugs in. It was the only thing and really not a big problem. Other than that, couldn't fault this Hotel. :)

Amazing staff and beautiful view

The spa isn't so accessible. Despite I did call to confirm that was fully open nobody told me that you actually need to book the slot of your access to sauna, steam room etc that was honestly a huge limitation since on holiday you might don't have plans. Secondly of you want to book a massage etc they are not there, someone external has ton come so turned up that in 4 days nobody had availability

The room was beautiful, modern, clean, I got a nice balcony with a view of the Vesuvius :-) The staff was wonderful, courteous, just very nice people.

The location is a bit off the main busy areas, so coming back at night I would avoid walking back after dark. Would take a cab back if necessary to stay out late. Despite this, I would still go back and stay there again.

Very comfortable nice big sunny rooms. Nice perks like bottle of limoncello and chocolates in the room Beautiful lounge and breakfast area overlooking the port and Mt Vesuvius

It was a bit out of town but that could also be a plus.
