Hotel rooms are clean and spacious with an old world charm and staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The views from the rooms are fantastic and overall a beautiful hotel! The lobby is ornately decorated and feels like walking through a museum or palace. The breakfast was also fantastic with a great selection as was the cafe and the view from the restaurant/bar area is unbeatable. Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone planning a stay in Naples.

The location is a bit far if you plan to be doing tours in the main city but if you just want to relax and enjoy some good food and views it's perfect! Some of the facilities have a bit of wear and tear and the safe could be bigger to fit a laptop.

Truly wonderful property, magnificent view, fabulous location super friendly and helpful staff. We loved staying at this wonderful Hotel in a prime location of Naples. The food at the rooftop restaurant was just delicious. The staff were so attentive and made us feel relaxed and cared for. Naples is a hectic city with a huge heartbeat, a wonderful surprise for us. And staying at the Grand Hotel Parkers is a much needed relaxed and luxurious haven at the end of a busy day in Naples.

I loved staying in my duplex suite, it was spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast I ate was amazing, I particularly enjoyed eating my breakfast with the morning view of Mt Vesuvius. I cannot thank the staff enough, they were incredibly helpful in providing me with directions and maps for the city, as well as, dinner recommendations and taxi services. Unfortunately during my stay I became terribly unwell, and I am so appreciative of all the staff that worked on the 2nd of July and especially the staff at the front desk (males and females). They all ensured I was able to rest and monitored me to check that I was ok and constantly assisted me. I wish I had recorded all their names including the young man who collected my bags and the lady who cleaned my room, as I would love to thank them. I loved my stay at Grand Hotel Parker's and will stay here again when I return to Napoli next.

Elegant and relaxing hotel, made exceptional by truly outstanding staff and the most incredible rooftop balcony imaginable. From before making our booking, to check in, to questions about the town, every team member went out of their way to make our two day stay perfect. There is a genuine delight in helping people and we felt it throughout. As for the rooftop balcony, we started each day there for breakfast and finished each night with a few drinks overlooking the bay of Naples and Vesuvius. It took tremendous self control to make sure we pulled ourselves away - could easily have sat there all day. We look forward to our next visit.

Efficient friendly and helpful service. Good restaurant recommendations. Amazing view of Naples and Vesuvius from our room and the terrace and 6/f restaurant area for breakfast. Comfortable bed and pillows. Ample storage space in wardrobe and draws.

Sadly their 2 star restaurant George wasn’t open at the time we were there. The location is about 5-10 walk to the nearest metro. Best to take taxis to port and old town to see the sights. We needed to ask for extra toiletries which were supplied.

Beautiful hotel with the most amazing view over the Bay of Naples. We were given a free upgrade to a junior suite which was beautiful. The hotel isn’t too big and the friendly staff made it special. The terrace view while eating dinner is outstanding. We didn’t try the Michelin star restaurant however we did eat several times in the hotel restaurant and the food was delicious. The hotel is a little way up the hill from the centre of Naples and therefore quieter and cleaner streets. It takes around 20/25 mins to walk to the city centre.

The only thing I could possibly say is that a spa would have been nice. Otherwise this is a fantastic hotel and I can’t find any faults.

We were staying in one of the upper floor suites. Unfortunately we were woken twice during one night with furniture being move very loudly on the terrace above our room by staff following an event. Breakfast was a bit hot and miss - orders needed to be followed up on on more than one occasion

The location was great with amazing views over the town & Bay of Naples. The assistance give by Marta to add an extra night do we could arrive a day earlier was fantastic. The room was clean and well presented. Food was great and we had breakfast every day and dinner 3 times. Customer service was attentive but not obtrusive. Love the James Bond bar, it was great to sit on the terrace after a busy sightseeing day and relax with a meal and a great cocktail. The assistance given to book tripe’s to Ischia, Reggia Caserta and taxis was fantastic. We will definitely be back and would recommend to anyone visiting Naples.

Fantastic hotel, we’ve been to the area many times before and now we’ve experienced hotel Parker I simply wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Naples. Superb view with great dining and bar options, lovely rooms with new clean facilities. It’s a beautiful hotel. We stayed with our (very) young family and the staff could not have been more accommodating. They were very flexible with our needs and even made our baby extra food which was absolutely amazing. There is a very welcoming atmosphere, despite its grandeur. It really is a 5 star hotel.

The breakfast was Amazing - Very good service - All Ala carte and the VIEW was just Mind Blowing! The Hotel has a good location due to the view but the central areas are 20-25 minute walk.

- For such a premium hotel - Sparkling water should be complimentary. Overall everything was good. No Other comments.
