The property is centrally located in Chiaia, and is only a short walk from the Piazza Amadeo metro station. The room itself was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Marco also provided us with some great local restaurant recommendations, which we really appreciated.

There didn’t appear to be a coffee maker despite one being advertised on the listing.

The hotel was in a quiet part of the city. Accessible by train + 4 minutes walk. The trains were unfortunately closed for 2 out of our 3 days, which made it hard to go places. This is not hotels fault, but something to keep in mind.

The shower was too small... can be improved by adding a small soap/shampoo holder so that everything is available at arms height, and one would not need yo bend down to pick up things in extremely small space.

Both staff members we dealt with were excellent - very easy to communicate with and very accommodating for us. They worked hard to be available out front when we arrived - for 2 different groups in our party! And their meeting us was important because we would not have easily found their accomodation without their assistance. They went all out to make sure all was easy. This is not a hotel with a front desk so meeting guests is essential and they worked hard to make it happen - even waiting out front for some time for our arrival. Obviously having a local phone available would have made it easier but we did not have access - they accomodated us very well.

Great location, 4-mins walk to the Amedeo metro station, nice stores and cafes around. The room was well-equipped with everything you may need for a nice stay. It was also great to have balcony.

I was a little concerned about safety as doors seemed too weak, but everything went well.

Location and facilities are great. The area felt very safe. The host was very friendly, met us at the property and provided a map of the area

The only comment is that the shower didn't drain properly which led to the shower overflowing

Nice Clean big room good air-conditioning ,little balcony for fresh air ,bed was comfortable.

Booking .com said it had a kitchenet in the room ,however, it did not .only a fridge.

Marco's such a lovely host. We easily communicated via Whatsapp and his replies were instant, appreciated that. The accommodation is spacious, has high ceilings, and is super clean and cozy. It has a nice balcony and we were provided with coffee, tea, and toiletries. The location is close to the sea, subway and good restaurants. The neighbourhood is safe and you'll find options to park your car. Would definitely book this place again. Thanks for everything!

It was in a good location. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the AC was good. In a good location a short walk to the beach and some nice places to eat.

The hot water in the shower was unpredictable, wouldn't heat up, then went too hot then back off again.
