I had an absolutely amazing stay in Napoli! The location was perfect—central, safe, and just a short walk from things like bus or restaurants. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful from start to finish. The lady named Laurine rly helped us out with a lot of things, and shes extremely nice and sweet. The facilities were excellent—modern, well-maintained, and everything worked flawlessly. it feel elegant and cozy. Cleanliness was clearly a top priority. Everything was spotless, from the rooms to the common areas. You could really tell that great care is taken to keep the property in top condition. I wouldn’t hesitate to book here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Napoli. A truly perfect stay!

The location is safe and 5 minutes from the train station. Laurine at front desk was amazing, she went out of her way to provide information of places to visit; she was very knowledgeable about the area. I called her several times and texted her at late hours cause I didn't know how to turn on the A/C unit and she always responded and showed me how to work it . She had tremendous courtesy and patience with me. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was so spacious.

Great hotel with impecable service in all the ways. All receptionists were wonderful, very helpful in any way they could. It was very easy for us to book and keep contact with them, and they would answer every question in seconds. Room was spacious and clean, the bed comfortable and toilet and shower clean and big, with all the amenities you could need on a trip. It's true that you could hear the front door open and close, but no noise from other rooms at all. About the breakfast, it was simple but really nice. Reception sends you a little menu with drinks and pastries to choose from, you send them a message before 18h with your request and the time you want and voilà, next day you have it in your room. As I said, it is very simple, but really tasty and the coffee was amazing, it's a great way to start exploring the city with something on your belly. Close to train station and the sea, very nice area with lots of restaurants. I would stay again for sure!

Excellent choice for your stay in Naples! The staff (Arcangelo and Laurine) were amazing, they were incredibly friendly and with useful information on everything we needed. Although we had originally booked a front room with a small balcony Laurine eventually gave us a larger one at the back with the sign 'Privato' on the door, which we really appreciated, it was of course very clean and mostly quiet. Be aware that Via dei Mille is a road that is almost always busy and therefore noisy. The neighbourhood of Chiaia is safe, with many high-end shops nearby, and the city centre is about 15'-20' away on foot! The bathroom was clean and with all amenities. Additionally, the bottles of water they had filled in the fridge for us were free, a simple but great gesture! The breakfast is simple, but tasty, for which you order what you wish to be prepared the day before, usually in the afternoon. In a possible new visit to Naples, we would definitely choose Prestige Rooms for our stay!

The rooms were very roomy and nice and had more than everything we needed.

No elevator which is hard if u have big luggage like we did. The heater in our room made noise all night long that kept us up. Some of the extra blankets were dirty but they hotel staff was nice and on top of that. They wanted to fix it immediately. There was no shower door in the shower so the whole bathroom floor would get soaked.

We had a very nice 4 nights stay. Hotel located in Chaia really good and very safe area. The location is great surrounded by cafes, metro and shopping center. Staff were so friendly and helpful, many thanks to Arcangelo for a great job .Our room was very clean with a cleaning service everyday . Room spacious, bed comfortable, reception open 9-20 after that card key only, 2 min to metro station, 15-20 min walking distance to Via Toledo and Port. Nice stay and positive impression

The room and service was great! The room was large and very clean. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Comfortable, safe location. We were even able to keep our large suitcases securely at the hotel free of charge after check out, so we could take smaller ones to stay in Positano for a few days.

Nothing major. The front desk person carried our large suitcases up a pretty steep flight of stairs as the rooms were on the 2nd floor. Maybe a few more breakfast options. But all in all, these are minor issues.

Someone was on sight to greet us and provide us with all the information we need for our stay. Very proactive in helping us find our way around the area and organised a taxi to the airport upon our arrival so we didn’t have to worry. The room was better than expected, very clean, very spacious and comfortable

There is a theatre across the road in a no through road and can get a bit noisy given the windows were not sound proof but the noise wasn’t too late.

Comfortable and spacious room situated in a central area of Chiaia. Lots of restaurants, cafes and shops around. Excellent and polite staff. Will definitely stay there during my next visit!

For those who are thinking of renting a car it will be nice to find a garage for overnight parking of your vehicle since the parking in the area is not that easy (the hotel will help you out by recommending a nearby parking).
