We have been very comfy in this place. The house look very authentic! Rooms are big and clean! Very easy to get from metro and great location. Beach is 7 min walking and there is a nice area with restaurants and bars very close from the house.

-We had breakfast included which was nice :) But maybe very small, only a coffee and small piece of sweet. It would be nice if we could choose also salted breakfast option like toast, paninis or something like that because nobody likes sweet pastries. -Street can be noisy at night so its better if you sleep with earplugs! -And also WC was noisy everytime we use it!

Mrs responsible for cleaning our room was super nice and was taking care of our needs beyond my expectations. Mrs managing the place was replying to my messenges very fast and was very helpfull when it came to answering all of my questions. Our room looked much better in person, it was well furnished, very clean and spacious. Similarly with bathroom. Place feels very safe. There are a lot of books in Italian. Once you figure out communication with the waiters in the breakfast spot you can enjoy amazing local pastry and coffee. I just wish there was an easier way to find our what is included in the breakfast menu for guests.

There was a huge language barrier because neither the lady that took care of daily cleaning nor the lady that was managing the place spoke any english, but once we started using translation there were not other issues. It just took a lot of time. The way how the photos of the rooms are shown on booking.com is very difficult to figure out which room is which and it seems like maybe they are not up to date (looked much better in person). And I would double check if your booking includes access to kitchen because even though ours said it did, it turned out it didn't (you need to pay 50€ more for it). But I think it might be more of the problem from how the site works rather than anything else (because base price still includes access to the fridge in the kitchen).

It is a wonderful apartment in the heart of Chiaia quarter in Napoli. The room is bright, clean, cosy and has a tiny balcony as well. The breakfast provided in a pasticceria nearby was superb, perfect start of a day of exploring Napoli. Our host was the greatest, communication was easy and smooth, she even helped us to book a taxi for getting there from the airport.

Nothing serious, just one advice: maybe the showerhead should be changed.

The room at the upper floor was great, with a large double bed, an extra bed, and a storage room for luggage; but it is not suitable for a person taller than 1.60 m because of the low ceiling (it is an attic).

Lovely room in a lovely part of Naples. Close to the gorgeous piazza Amendo. Valentina was very responsive and kind.

Amazing location, next to the centre, restaurants and public beach. Every morning we had tasty breakfast at the nearest bakery (it was included). Owner of the apartment was very nice, polite, provided all needed info. Apartments was cleaned every day! Highly recommend, this apartment has pure authentic vibe!

The host was nice and the room was big and comfortable. It even had a large collection of books.

An oven was mentioned in the description but the apartment has no kitchen.

The apartment is very cozy in very nice district close to seaside. The breakfast was in Bar Pasticceria Scaturchio at Piazza Amadeo the center of Chiaia district. The host Valentina was very helpful.

The owner is very polite and helpful!!!

We loved the area and the facilities were very comfortable. We left something behind and Valentina even posted it to us back home. I would stay here again.
