First class breakfast with extra coffee offered and a very helpful waitress. Several of the staff spoke good English but patiently listened to our attempts to speak Italian. The evening dinner menu had a good choice of dishes, all of which were good value for money.

The telephone number on our booking documents was not answering. There was no-one to greet us when we arrived and no way to get in touch as the gate was locked. We had to rely on the next door neighbour to contact an employee, who finally came to let us in....all rather stressful after an 8 hour journey to get there. The name of the street 'Strada della statione' appeared nowhere that we could find, and no-one seemed to have heard of it. It took us nearly an hour to find the hotel once we arrived in Barbaresco. We suggest Booking.com could have provided a map of Barbaresco, with the street and the hotel clearly marked.

The location, food, view, staff, and wine were AMAZING!

Nothing we “didn’t like,” but if we have to point something out, probably the lack of wheel chair access or elevator. This could be a pain point for some, or, if you have heavy luggage, be a bit of a struggle.

Not just exceptional service but staff makes you feel like it's your home. Thank you Bruna for keeping our room clean and organized. Most of all your smile and making the best coffee for us each morning makes our day more delightful. I miss my Illy's cappuccino already. You know we will be back!

Rooms were a little warm. Air conditioning had a hard time keeping up. Also would have liked blackout curtains so could block out the light

We arrived till Barbaresco directly efter the noisy and hot Milano. We felt us in paradise when we parked our car in front of Locanda Rabaya. The lady who met us helped us with luggage and showed our room. The panorama from the balcony of room 3 was worth to travel 2000 km from Stockholm. The restaurant at the locanda Rabaya was also worth to travel 2000 km. .... I can write a lot, but just try Barbaresco wine with cucina piemontesa on the veranda with the view on the beautiful landscape....

Amazing view from the balcony overlooking the vinyards of barbaresco (we had Camera 3). Great location as a base for exploring the wineries of barbaresco and beyond. Breakfast is served on the terrace of the restaurant with great view. Breakfast was nice and varied with the usual cold cuts, cheese, fruits, cereal etc. The room was spotless and came with a little minibar. We had a very nice meal at the restaurant. Very much recommended!

We love the attention to details of the property with beautiful location and warm welcome from all the staff there. Christina “the owner” is really wonderful, you will love to stay here. They served great breakfast with various options. The restaurant serve a great food, we enjoyed it a lot. Our little girl tried lamb for the first time in here cooked by Chef Maximo. We will comeback in our next trip. Keep it up Rabaya team ❤️ Thank you for making our stay memorable!

The location was great and we used it as a base for visiting the local towns. It’s close to the center of Barbaresco. 15 minute walk. Breakfast buffet was excellent Restaurant was excellent The owners were super nice and the staff was freindly
