We were very pleased and impressed with the quality of the accommodation given how affordable it is. Our room was exactly as pictured. Beautifully decorated and spacious. The location is in a quiet area and very convenient for exploring Noto. Andrea was very helpful over WhatsApp, she made excellent restaurant recommendations. It's worth knowing that it's a limited service hotel so you have to let yourself in and there are no staff on site except the cleaning staff who come in every day to service the rooms. This wasn't a problem at all as Andrea was very responsive on WhatsApp.

As an FYI the amenities in the bathroom are very basic - sachets of shampoo-bodywash. Not a problem given the price but don't assume you'll get conditioner etc. It's a spring mattress so not the most comfortable but good enough and you get what you pay for.

A stunning property, with so much charm. Enter via a traditional Italian street entrance, into a dark hallway. The rooms are situated at the top of the stairs, and from the minute you turn the key you know you’re in a beautifully special building. The balcony overlooks the wonderful old church of S.Maria and looks out on a bustling street that has a wonderfully friendly cafe, pizzeria (butcher and tobacconist). The local business people were helpful and friendly. The room boasts stunning with high ceilings and old tiles and a well designed, modern bathroom. The bed was fabulous and lying in the bed with the curtains billowing in the breeze was idyllic. Coffee was provided (and a selection of lovely books!). It’s a period property that is adorable and the host send a very clear set of check in instructions. I can’t recommend it highly enough, its location is a minute off the Corso- couldn’t be better! Donna Maddalena was one of the highlights of my trip.

Very close to bars etc and the sights of Noto. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Good power from the rain shower but I couldn't get it to stay at temperature. Owner very helpful but contact through WhatsApp messaging only. Breakfast consisted of one croissant, or doughnut, plus one cup of coffee at the cafe across the road and that was it.

Shower temperature and more breakfast would have been nice.

Had a great stay in the heart of beautiful Noto. Very conveniently located, beautifully decorated reflecting the style of the city, sparkling clean. Easy to find and check in, great communication. The host gave us good recommendations for restaurants and bars.

Lovely room full of Sicilian character in a good central location with clear check in instructions and a host who responded quickly by text when we asked for help.

There was a problem with the hot water which should be rectified for future giuests

Position, comfortable bed, nice shower, window opened onto a view of a historical building and fresh air, recommendation of restaurants - excellent dinner. Close to beautiful churches and close to best ice cream and coffee shop.

Lovely room, clean, huge bathroom, gorgeous floors, centrally located, coffee machine in living room.

It gets very noisy (traffic) if you leave the windows open.

Perfect location to historic centre. Free parking on the street and easy self check-in. Huge room with unique floor tiles and furniture. Very clean and everything as described.

Amazing place with lodes of character, in the centre of Noto. The room was beautiful with great views and very clean. Andrea was really helpful and made everything very easy.

I didn't like that you have to walk away to the city for breakfast in a pastry shop.
