We really love the warm and happy welcoming from Lina, the B&B manager. She straight away offer some water and biscuits for the girls even before showing our bedrooms. The B&B is very centrally located, within walking distance from the Theathre, Duomo, and main Corso Umberto. Lina gave us some suggestion where to eat local Sicilian dishes. We followed her suggestions and opt in for Tannur, just across the street from the B&B. Room were comfortable, spacious and clean. Superb experience and Thanks Lina.

The room we stayed in was absolutely divine, with comfortable beds and a ton of space. The bathroom was massive and exceptionally clean, which was extremely important to us and much appreciated. The hosts were so lovely and made us feel at home and welcome, providing a classic, italian breakfast for us every morning (croissants, pastries, yogurt and coffee). The building is conveniently located just steps away from the main streets with shops and restaurants. There was also parking nearby which eased a lot of our stress, as driving and parking in Noto is a bit of a nightmare.

We had to delay our arrival in Sicily, even though the reservation was non-refundable, we were refunded the amount for the unused night. The room was spacious with very comfortable beds, huge shower. Lina was fantastic, smiling and very kind. She welcomed us with juice and exceptional personal charm. Perfect location close to attractions, quiet and safe in the evening. Nice dining room for an Italian breakfast. Everything at the highest level. Of course, the facility itself is not a 4-star hotel, but such a standard is rarely found in private apartments. I highly recommend it.

There are few things I can write about this room, but mostly about its people. They welcomed us there after an accident we had, of an orthopedic nature. They waited for us until late at night to help us direct to the room and provided us with everything. they took care of our food and anything we needed. Mrs. Lina and the owner of the room were excellent in everything. The room was spotlessly clean and tidy as well as very beautiful. It had everything we needed and is in a great spot in Noto where you can walk to everything and see everything. The breakfast was excellent. Thanks for all.

Great location in the historical city center with plenty of bars and restaurants. Despite that it wasn't difficult to find free parking in the area. The room was spacious and the wifi connection was good. The host was very friendly.

The bathroom is very nice (with two showers) but water wasn't hot enough so it wasn't very pleasant to take a shower. The breakfast didn't offer many options (e.g. no fruits) however what was available was good.

I liked the atmosphere and people from staff; always very smily and happy to help. Very good location in the city of Noto and good breakfast with excellent sweets.

It has been quite noisy at times, especially during check-ins and check-outs of other guests. Having my room near the reception did not help and sometimes my sleep was interrupted.

The host and her staff were lovely! Friendly and helpful and charming. The location was excellent - a 5 minute walk to Noto’s beautiful centre with cathedral, museums, galleries, and shops. The rooms were a generous size with air conditioning and the bathrooms were well kitted out. There was very little noise, either from outside or inside the building. Breakfast was included. The beds were large with good quality linen. Tiled floors; suitcase stands and a mini fridge. There was an excellent restaurant next door.

I highly recommend booking a stay in Sveva Rooms, at this wonderful accommodation run by an incredibly powerful and kind woman. Her warm welcome, assistance, and thoughtful gesture of providing water after a long walk made our experience truly special. The presence of two other helpful women adds to the welcoming atmosphere, making it a perfect destination for a memorable stay. We highly recommend it it for anyone who wants to stay in Noto. #WomenPower

They do not speak English but we could understand each other easily.

Everything!! Signora Lina is the perfect host! She will make you feel like you are home and part of the family! She had ice cold water waiting for us when we arrived. Rooms are comfortable, clean, perfect. Restaurant downstairs is amazing. The breakfast is fantastic and the location is phenomenal! One block from all the action! Can't ask for a better spot!

Nina and Lucia were fantastic hosts who made us feel very welcome. We loved the breakfast and the location is perfect. The rooms are kept very clean and the room facing the main street have lovely balconies to sit on. Grazie mile!

The bar on the street can be very noisy at night if it is but this didn't bother us, we expect some noise for somewhere so central!
