The owner/manager was always available to personally greet and assist when required. The serving staff were excellent. Always provided personal attendance and were very polite. Five course meal was authentic Italian and Sud Tirol cuisine. The views from the room and dining areas was excellent. The hotel is privately owned and run as a family run business which was evident from the selection of food items. The items were limited (and rightly so) but were carefully selected of the best (5 star) quality.

This hotel deserves to be rated 4 star because of the quality of rooms, facilities and food items. Wi-fi coverage area needs to be improved.

First time, it was hard to find the road to the place. Weather is unpredictable, so sometimes the beautiful views are covered in clouds. Have to be lucky.

The view, just wow. The staff were welcoming and warm, the facilities were wonderful, especially the sauna and bathrobes. It was a perfect place to rest and reset. We loved our stay!

The location is so beautiful and the view is amazing in the hood weather. The staff are friendly and especially Nastia, she was amazing with us! She made our stay even cooler.

That spa zone closes at 6pm:( we never managed to use any of that. That’s a pity🥲

The panoramic view was truly stunning. The hospitality was excellent. And the sauna was divine!

The pillows were very uncomfortable (one very soft and one very hard) and the beds were a bit uncomfortable.

Perfect place with amazing mountain view !!! This was my stopover station on a motorbike tour of the Dolomites. One of the most beautifully located hotels I've seen, on a hill with great views of the Dolomites. Excellent facilities, excellent restaurant, service, terrace and pool. A place worth visiting especially in summer!

Truthfully one of the best hotel experiences of my life. This hotel is family run, and the entire family is genuinely passionate in ensuring each of their guests has everything they need, and then some! From the moment we were greeted in the lobby, to the delicious meals in their restaurant, sipping wine on the terrace, getting guidance on where to hike (they even lent us hiking poles!), accessing the stunning sauna - the service was unmatched. The location is perfection as well - panoramic views of some of the nicest mountain ranges and rolling hills that are delightfully dotted with cows and sheep. I cannot recommend this place enough, an absolute must if you make it to this beautiful region in Italy.

Only niggle was the shower ran hot then cold. We only stayed one night so not a massive issue.

The panaramic view is beyond speech! I can still see the tip of the mountain with the last sun light of that day. Quite a feeling to see that almost at the same height. The room is very stylish furnished. We love the balcony, with a nice size and the view! The bed is very comfortable. There are different lights to use to create different atmasphere. Sauna was OK for a short stay. We did not go hiking so cannot judge.

The motorbikes driving by were so loud because of the valley but it is not the fault of the hotel.

You cannot use the facilities as soon as you check out (sauna, etc) so it might be a bit boring if you have to wait or stay some hours after check out in the hotel.
