Excellent location near Bolzano, but away from the crowds. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Room was very clean, restaurant served very good breakfast and dinner, and the pool was perfect for relaxing. Free guest passes for transport and ski lift were an added bonus.

Great family operated hotel. Location had a fantastic view and wasn't out of our way. The pool was nicely decorated, refreshing water (which was fantastic after a hot day), clean, and deep enough to swim. The restaurant had wonderful homemade food with great service. Staff were extremely nice and friendly. Room was nice, beds were comfortable, and bathroom was big and clean. Breakfast was very homey and good.

The air-conditioner could have been stronger, but it did its job during a heatwave. Everything else was great.

Nice property with a small restaurant for dinner. Breakfast buffet was an amazing spread. A quick 10-15 minute drive from Bolzano town. It was quiet and nice to relax in the balcony at night.

The mattresses weren't the best and could use an upgrade.

Really nice hotel with a great breakfast. The owners and staff were always available during our stay and were very helpful. The hotel’s restaurant also had great daily specials and a really good menu for dinner. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Lovely staff, clean, good closed garage , easy access , pool , very comfortable. Nice views and great terraces, communal and the room terraces as well . .

Decor of the rooms a bit dated . No AC in the communal areas ( although there were two lovely outside dining areas .

The staff was friendly and helpful with providing guidance on how to get around in Bolzano and places to visit. Also the views from the balcony were beautiful.

The breakfast was a buffet with a good selection including scrambled eggs The Bolzano travel card was a great asset enabling us to explore the region.

We were informed at 48hrs notice that the evening meal that we had booked and payed for would not be available This was a real problem because the hotel is in an isolated location, up a steep hill and no alternative within reasonable walking distance.

Beautiful location, owners are welcoming. We got lost and checked in after hours; the owner made us feel comfortable and even provided us with welcoming drinks.

There is nothing not to like.

Great breakfast, fantastic host at reception, parking was a breeze, view of mountains was gorgeous, close to national parks (using car) and hiking, wonderful down duvets on the bed. Large bathroom. Will definitely return.
