Was really good, Breakfast had a lot of choice. Pool was warm. A lot of different saunas. I loved the peelings. Lunch menu at the hotel was also good. Room was nice. Most of the staff spoke Italian and German.

That the rooftop pools weren't open at all. Obviously in winter you don't want to lay outside but it would have been great to still be able to use the pools with the view. I didn't like the blue light in the room it was very disturbing to my eyes. I also didn't like that I had to pay extra for the bathrobe and slippers. I didn't like that xouvhad to be fully naked and without towel for the steam bath, especially as young people it's very uncomfortable with older men that stare at you. I think therr should be one where you can go in with your bathing suit. A lot of people in that hotel you couldn't find any spot at the pool at some times.

Wonderful location, thoughtful parking, comfortable bed. Outdoor pools great, with relaxation facilities, view of the city and sunset from the pools. Very good breakfast with great variety. We also had a delicious dinner in the hotel restaurant. Good bar offer. The indoor heated pools with several saunas impressed us. Opening hours of the pool with counter-current and various jacuzzis around the clock. Loved the lazy and warm poolside seating when it is no longer comfortably warm outside.

Amazing staff! Really good location even if you don't have a car, just using buses. The hotel gives you ticket for transport and some attractions . Close to supermarkets, grocery stores. Great swimming pools, saunas! Pretty nice rooms

Not so big issues: The hotel is a kind of maze, you need some time to get used to it. There is no kettle in the room. Even though the hotel describes a swimming pool for adults - it does not exist - there are always lots of kids:) The breakfast is mostly similiar every day but plenty to choose from.

On balance, this is a decent hotel to stay in. Pros: Great spa and swimming facilities, includes Bolzano card with free public transport, fairly priced, clean hotel rooms and located close to Bolzano Cons: Large hotel with many other guests, despite being a family owned hotel we didn’t feel a personal touch or service (we stayed for our honeymoon but was treated like any other guest), the half board option is convenient but pricey ( c. 41 Euro at the time of writing per person per night) and the food wasn’t that nice (the food was mass produced and despite being a three course half board, our main was a steak that we had to pick up from a warming plate filled with steaks for other guests. The outcome is a meal that does not taste freshly cooked. Potatoes were also too salty for our liking.) wifi was also patchy in the hotel rooms Summary: probably a fine stay for a family wanting convenience but for a couple on holiday for a special occasion, you may not receive a personalised or warm welcoming treatment.

Rooms at the new tall building are great. And the view was spectacular!! Comfortable beds and bathroom. Spacious wardrobes. The SPA area, comprised by sauna, massage rooms and pools, is really great! Pools have embedded hydropumps for fund and relaxing. Saunas are big and well illuminated. It's and incredible experience in this hotel. Totally recommend!

The complex set of elevators and stairs is something weird, because not all elevators go to the same floors and buildings, but nothing to worry.

The breakfast is amazing. Every morning I looked forward to it. Chocolate hazelnut croissants, honey from a cone, jams, cheeses, charcuterie meats, eggs, bacon, lots of fresh fruits. The gym was decent. Several weight machines. A lot better than most hotel gyms I have been to in the area (if they even have one). The room was nice and always cleaned daily. 3 hours from Dolomites proper so not the place for them. A little over an hour from Seceda so that’s not bad. 10mins from Bolzano city and interspar and the mall. Lots of old castle and ruins to go explore within 30mins.

The pool area was quite exceptional and the food was really delicious. The Bolzano card is really useful and the bus stop is close to the hotel. The room was spacious with a big TV.

I think in the gym there could have been free weights to complement the machines. Moreover, even though the spa is quite big, the kneipp walk was missing and it could honestly be very helpful for all guests walking for hours in nature for muscle recovery.

Hotel is very centric and easy to find.

Breakfast is OK but I would prefer the scramble eggs not so raw. By making my reservation in Booking.com I was required to pay it all in advance, this is not good because I needed to move another city, and I have to pay extra nights there and I was not able to cancel those days in the hotel.

The water slide with heated outdoor roof pool was really amazing, and reason enough to come back.

It was a little pricey, but considering the quality of the facilities and included parking, it was overall a good value for the area.

Wellness centre was great, not busy so getting naked for the spa/sauna wasnt too intimidating. Rooftop pool was very nice. Rooms were great, good size and comfortable. Balcony was nice to have.

Parking was very tight and busy. So many different elevators to take for access to different areas. Food in restaurant was basic Kids were always in the adult only pool. Noone stopped them.
