Was really good, Breakfast had a lot of choice. Pool was warm. A lot of different saunas. I loved the peelings. Lunch menu at the hotel was also good. Room was nice. Most of the staff spoke Italian and German.

That the rooftop pools weren't open at all. Obviously in winter you don't want to lay outside but it would have been great to still be able to use the pools with the view. I didn't like the blue light in the room it was very disturbing to my eyes. I also didn't like that I had to pay extra for the bathrobe and slippers. I didn't like that xouvhad to be fully naked and without towel for the steam bath, especially as young people it's very uncomfortable with older men that stare at you. I think therr should be one where you can go in with your bathing suit. A lot of people in that hotel you couldn't find any spot at the pool at some times.

The staff is extremely helpful and attentive, they answered each question or inquiry with care. The food is exquisite, breakfast and dinner is plenty and varied. The dinner selection sometimes even feels like a fine dining experience. The rooftop wellness area is very well maintained, the separate adult only section is also a big plus. We also appreciated that the whole experience is openly dog friendly.

Unfortunately, we had an overly active neighbour, which meant that one time we were woken up at midnight, because they were seemingly playing ping-pong / bowling in their room. Although this behaviour continued for several nights, the staff was nevertheless very helpful in trying to locate the culprit and deal with the issue.

Wonderful location, thoughtful parking, comfortable bed. Outdoor pools great, with relaxation facilities, view of the city and sunset from the pools. Very good breakfast with great variety. We also had a delicious dinner in the hotel restaurant. Good bar offer. The indoor heated pools with several saunas impressed us. Opening hours of the pool with counter-current and various jacuzzis around the clock. Loved the lazy and warm poolside seating when it is no longer comfortably warm outside.

Everything was excellent

I had a fantastic stay at Ideal Park Hotel in Bolzano. The property exceeded my expectations in every way. The entire hotel was spotless and maintained to a high standard. The staff were professional, friendly, and always ready to assist. I was especially impressed by the modern and comfortable rooms, which made the stay even more relaxing. The highlight for me was the swimming and spa facilities – beautifully designed and perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. I would definitely return and highly recommend it to others.

The only area I felt could be improved was the breakfast menu. While it was decent, it lacked variety—there were no hash browns or baked beans, which would have made the offering more complete for international guests.

I stayed at this hotel for a very short time, so I can only review the basics: the room, parking, and breakfast. ➕ Parking – paid (9€ per day), but conveniently secure and closed. ➕ Breakfast – very tasty and diverse, with plenty of options. ➕ Staff – deserves special thanks! I arrived at 11:30 PM, very hungry, and they kindly offered me some bananas, nuts, and chips at the bar – such a thoughtful gesture. ➕ Lobby – looked beautiful and welcoming. ➕ Room – I booked the most basic one (just needed a place to sleep), but it was clean and included complimentary bottled water. Overall, a very pleasant experience! ❤️

Amazing staff! Really good location even if you don't have a car, just using buses. The hotel gives you ticket for transport and some attractions . Close to supermarkets, grocery stores. Great swimming pools, saunas! Pretty nice rooms

Not so big issues: The hotel is a kind of maze, you need some time to get used to it. There is no kettle in the room. Even though the hotel describes a swimming pool for adults - it does not exist - there are always lots of kids:) The breakfast is mostly similiar every day but plenty to choose from.

A repeat stay, so we already knew to expect an exceptional service and quality of stay. The really good addition for this trip, personally, was the all-hours access to the pool. Coming out to Bolzano for work, it's long hours and extremely hard to accomodate any amount of down time at the end of a day, being able to swim later on (21:30 onwards) made a big difference and added additional value to my stay

On balance, this is a decent hotel to stay in. Pros: Great spa and swimming facilities, includes Bolzano card with free public transport, fairly priced, clean hotel rooms and located close to Bolzano Cons: Large hotel with many other guests, despite being a family owned hotel we didn’t feel a personal touch or service (we stayed for our honeymoon but was treated like any other guest), the half board option is convenient but pricey ( c. 41 Euro at the time of writing per person per night) and the food wasn’t that nice (the food was mass produced and despite being a three course half board, our main was a steak that we had to pick up from a warming plate filled with steaks for other guests. The outcome is a meal that does not taste freshly cooked. Potatoes were also too salty for our liking.) wifi was also patchy in the hotel rooms Summary: probably a fine stay for a family wanting convenience but for a couple on holiday for a special occasion, you may not receive a personalised or warm welcoming treatment.

Rooms at the new tall building are great. And the view was spectacular!! Comfortable beds and bathroom. Spacious wardrobes. The SPA area, comprised by sauna, massage rooms and pools, is really great! Pools have embedded hydropumps for fund and relaxing. Saunas are big and well illuminated. It's and incredible experience in this hotel. Totally recommend!

The complex set of elevators and stairs is something weird, because not all elevators go to the same floors and buildings, but nothing to worry.

The pool area was quite exceptional and the food was really delicious. The Bolzano card is really useful and the bus stop is close to the hotel. The room was spacious with a big TV.

I think in the gym there could have been free weights to complement the machines. Moreover, even though the spa is quite big, the kneipp walk was missing and it could honestly be very helpful for all guests walking for hours in nature for muscle recovery.
