I was skeptical staying here after reading bad reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised.. It was closed when I arrived but has a sign on door saying check in from 3pm, I returned and was greeted by a very friendly young lady, check in was quick and easy.. Being a solo traveller for 1 night I booked the cheapest single room and ended up getting a nice double. The room was modern, clean, comfortable, lovely bathroom with warm shower, I didn't explore the area much but they have vending machines on the landing with drinks/snacks. The girl at reception was very helpful with local info, and the hotel itself is a 15 minute walk from town along the river through the public gardens. I'd definitely stay here again.

Only negative I had was one of the windows was broken and hanging off the hinge, but still opened fully. And the outside of the hotel has metal shutters over the windows, this was half down so made obscured the view/light entering the room. I never spoke to reception as it wasn't a massive issue and maybe would of been an easy fix.

It was clean a d tidy, the gent on reception was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and tidy, beds comfortable, and plenty of hot water for a shower.

We could not get breakfast.

Parking was odd, but front desk clerk was as helpful as possible. He moved his car so I could squeeze in - very kind of him. Air conditioning was not very effective.

Location was great. Great bus links and not too far of a walk into the centre of Bolzano. Lots of shops and restaurants near by. Room was modern and cozy.

The parking facilities were limited out front and each day there were no spaces so I ended up parking elsewhere and luckily for me the weekends are free but if I was to need to park in the week it would have been very expensive.
