Incredibly spacious and clean apartment. Perfect base for our hike in the Dolomites (easy train to Brixen and then up to Plose Gondola). Includes the Bolzano pass, so public transport is free. But what stood out most: the incredibly kind host!! Communication went super smoothly from start to finish, and we were allowed to leave our bags in the apartment and pick them up 4 days later, after our hike. When our bus was delayed and we'd almost miss our train, the host offered to come and bring our bags to the station. Such an incredibly kind and selfless thing to do - would highly recommend this place!!

Great central location in Bolzano. Easy walk to everywhere. The room has a washing machine which is great! A little kitchen so you can cook for yourself (although there is no oil). Bed was ok as well.

The apartment is very hot. I was there in October, and it was cooler evenings and nights and the temperature in the property just doesn’t drop - insulation is obviously excellent!! But it made for uncomfortable nights. Also, the door always took a couple of tries before it opened. It works, just don’t be surprised if it takes a couple of goes. Would stay again here though, due to location and overall facilities here.

The apartment was great – it had everything we needed (except for a frying pan 😊). Everything was super clean, and the shower was just amazing. The location is also perfect!

The only downside was that we had a problem with the electronic lock and couldn’t open the apartment door at first. Luckily, the support was very quick, and a staff member came right away to give us the keys. Also, in apartment No. 2 the staircase to the upper floor is very steep and may not be suitable for elderly guests. For us it was fine, but for some people it could be an issue.

When i just came in, i was surprised cause it is so beautiful. Everything is convenient. The interior is arranged in a very modern way. When booking this apartment, the host will send you the public transport pass for using during your stay.

Kitchen utensils are very scarce. We cook very inconveniently with only 2 small pots. They have no pans, no scissors. If you want to cook, it will be very inconvenient. In addition, the power line is very weak. We just need to turn on the induction cooker, use the dryer and the power line will beep and cut off immediately. Actually, when we don't use much power at night, the power line also makes a very annoying noise.

This apartment boasts an exceptional location – within easy walking distance of both the Bozen Bus Station and Bolzano/Bozen Train Station. Multiple supermarkets, restaurants, and the lively market square nearby make daily living incredibly convenient. The spotless rooms feature exceptionally comfortable, skin-friendly bedding. My daughter adored the loft design: opening the electric skylight curtains to stargaze felt truly magical! Abull facilities are brand-new with premium materials, and the air conditioning delivers efficient cooling during summer. The compact kitchenette is well-equipped with complete cooking essentials (pots, pans, utensils), perfect for preparing simple meals. The spacious bathroom offers a delightful shower experience with strong water pressure and perfect temperature control. Having an in-unit washer added great convenience. We wholeheartedly award this exceptional stay a perfect 10/10 – our family considers it one of Bolzano's most highly recommended accommodations!

This was such a beautifully designed space, the storage space and seating being embedded in the wall, along with great lighting made this space feel so comfortable. The location was also great, beautiful town.

The shower didn’t drain properly, it also didn’t have a door to prevent the water from spilling out. The person who designed it didn’t add enough of a slope so we had to occasionally shut the water off mid shower to prevent any spilling on the bathroom floor.

The location is excellent, right in the heart of the city. It was easy to get to by bus from Bolzano station, and the provision of the Tourist Card meant all transport (including the cable car!) was free. The apartment had everything we needed for our short stay, including a washing machine - plus laundry detergent and a clothes rack! This is so rare. The bed was really comfortable but the sloped roof of the bedroom was tricky for my tall husband. Valeria was excellent to deal with and was extremely helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

The location is fantastic. The instructions were spot on for access and provided in a timely manner. The sanctuary feel once you’re in the room is fantastic - you can shut out the noise and simply relax.

There could be a toaster available as well as a fry pan for cooking. But that’s being very picky because the rest of the experience was great. Just a slight word of warning if you do have any mobility issues the loft bedroom will prove impossible - but there is always the sofa bed option available.

Property is spacious and clean. Kitchen is well equipped with oil, salt, and pepper. Dishwasher and washing machine were also provided with soap! Heated floors! Bus stop to/from is just a few steps. Suditirol pass was provided so you dont have to pay for any bus/train within south tyrol.

Wish the windows can be opened for fresh air. A bit far of a walk to train station if bus to/from train station is unavailable.

Absolutely everything!!! The amazing apartment itself would be enough but then you meet the manager and staff and realise that you’ve hit the jackpot not only in the accommodation but also in the most caring beautiful people who take hosting to a new level!! From the moment we arrived Nick checked us in to a clean spacious well equipped comfortable and tastefully decorated apartment with a luxurious bathroom that would delight the fussiest of people An amazingly generous and delicious breakfast was served every morning by two beautiful ladies who nothing was too much for We are world travelers and have stayed in many many wonderful places but this one was truly EXCEPTIONAL!!! If it’s available do yourself a favour and book before you lose the opportunity of staying somewhere so beautiful and memorable Bolzano itself is an amazing place beyond words and we hope to return next year and only hope that this place is available Thanks Nick Berlina and Somatia 🙏🙏🙏
