Absolutely everything!!! The amazing apartment itself would be enough but then you meet the manager and staff and realise that you’ve hit the jackpot not only in the accommodation but also in the most caring beautiful people who take hosting to a new level!! From the moment we arrived Nick checked us in to a clean spacious well equipped comfortable and tastefully decorated apartment with a luxurious bathroom that would delight the fussiest of people An amazingly generous and delicious breakfast was served every morning by two beautiful ladies who nothing was too much for We are world travelers and have stayed in many many wonderful places but this one was truly EXCEPTIONAL!!! If it’s available do yourself a favour and book before you lose the opportunity of staying somewhere so beautiful and memorable Bolzano itself is an amazing place beyond words and we hope to return next year and only hope that this place is available Thanks Nick Berlina and Somatia 🙏🙏🙏

Absolutely nothing!

We stayed in this apartment for only one night on our way to Vipiteno. The flat is amazing, centrally located, walking distance to shops, pedestrian area. It has all the facilities you are looking for longer stays as well, it s immaculate and everything seems very new. The host is extremely nice as well, keeping in touch and eager to offer support if needed at any stage! We highly recommend this flat for a wonderful stay in Bolzano!

Spacious, modern beautiful apartments, we had 5 people across two suites and we were very comfortable. Warm, showers were very good, close to the restaurants and a short walk to see Otzï the Iceman. Manager & team at the cafe very attentive and helpful. A wonderful stay in Bolzano.

Nothing, it was all good. The bed in the loft wouldn't suit someone with mobility issues, but they would be comfortable on the sofa bed, as it was better than most sofa beds.

Location is within Old town and near to the bus stop which takes you around the town very quickly. The apartment no 3 is the same as shown in photo and the owner is very polite.

The property should offer one time cleaning for those staying for 4-5 days. Sofa is wooden in the apartment which can be improved also the chairs

Excellent location and suite accommodation. Nick was so patient and helpful with two exhausted confused seniors when we arrived after a long stressful drive that I couldn’t praise him and his staff enough. Wonderful breakfast provided as well. Bolzano is an amazing city and area and we would highly recommended staying at the Pepper lounge and suites. A Bolzano pass is also provided. Thank you Nick.

The apartment is well placed, close to the to the main square and other attractions. We enjoyed the excellent breakfasts watching people and traffic. Our hosts were very welcoming any Bolzano is well placed for transport to local towns and the the high Renon plateau.

The air conditioning was a life saver in the early October heat wave. However, we resorted to the comfortable lower level bed settee due to the heat of the upper section.

The owner was super nice and helpful. The place was very clean and comfortable, the breakfast was rich and tasty. The location is great! In the middle of the old city, with many good restaurants around. We had a great stay! We will definitely recommend this place.

The bed was a bit too soft but other than that, everything was amazing

Spacious, very well equipped with everything you will need for a short stay (or even a longer one). And since Bolzano is a small town, the location is super close to everything. It is safe (with coded locker at the front gate and for entering the room), clean and comfortable. The breakfast at the bar across the street is perfecto!

The stairs from living room to the bedroom is not friendly at all. Bed maybe too soft for someone who prefers one with better support for the back (I love it though)

They provide us bolzona card for free. Breakfast is very rich and the staff was very friendly and helpfull. The apartment is decorated very modern and you don’t need the key to go in to the apartment and the room. We were very pleased and thankfull to them making our holiday amazing🙏

Nothing, everthing is perfect

The suite was lovely, just as pictured. Comfortable beds and very clean. Everything we needed. The location was wonderful. The staff was super helpful (we had an issue with our door and they were able to address it right away). Breakfast was great! The staff was super sweet to our kids.
