The room was not spacious, but not cramped either for 2 people with large suitcases. Breakfast was lovely, choices were excellent, coffee was excellent. Very centally located on Bologna's main piazza and relatively near two parking garages. Near shopping and good restaurants.

Parking cannot be reserved because it's in the pedestrian area of town. The first day on arrival, we had to park relatively far away and orient ourselves in an unfamiliar place because the central lot near the hotel with a discounted price was full. It would be helpful for the hotel to give detailed directions from this lot as well.

Great hotel, great location with friendly staff. Spa is a nice extra feature of the hotel and that you can park basically underneath the hotel. We loved the breakfast buffet as well as the drinks and snacks end of day

Great breakfast buffet but service could be much better. We had cold coffee served as well as a cold omelet one morning. Simply as they kept it waiting too long once prepared before serving us.

We had the most wonderful stay in Bolzano and thought the hotel was absolutely fabulous! The room was beautifully decorated, spacious and comfortable, with an amazing view of the square! The hotel staff were extremely friendly and we particularly enjoyed the selection at breakfast. We hope to come back again soon!

The light switches in the bedroom were a little confusing and the toiletries weren’t so easy to use. The toilet roll kept falling off too. Minor details!

Lovely hotel with a great breakfast. We had an amazing room & fantastic view of the square & Dolomites We had booked a standard double room but asked at check-in if there was a view available. They showed us the room we had booked originally , then took us to room 301 the one on the corner with the large balcony. For a small amount they upgraded us . It made our stay very special indeed

Breakfast was excellent. My son and I both liked the spa-went there twice. I was also pleased that I was able to leave my case securely at 10.30 before I actually checked in. Appreciated the snack and the drinks in the spa.

Maybe provide some milk pots in room. Only one complaint: There is no clock in the spa. We had to go back to our locker to check the time on my watch. A clock would cost you <20 euros. The other couple we saw in the spa also mentioned this.

Central location in the very heart of Bolzano - public underground parking available nearby, with direct lift access. Friendly staff able to assist with discounted parking. All staff multilingual in English, German and Italian. Generously sized room and ensuite, beautifully furnished. Excellent buffet breakfast with wide selection. Restaurant also available. Easy walking distance to all attractions in the historic centre.

Crowds of tourists and traffic situation in Bolzano in August! - no reflection on this exquisite hotel.

This hotel far exceeded my expectations in every way. The hotel was impeccable. The staff was so helpful and helped me to see the incredible sites by taking their time in explaining everything. Their suggestions were right on. Breakfast was perfect and the location was where you want to be. It was truly a 5 star experience.

Centrally located with night markets outside the hotel and walking distance to all requirements. the ability to park the car in the city parking and enter the hotel reception through the car park was advantageous noting the winter weather. Breakfast was full of variety, though the restaurant menu was slightly lacking in options, however the cafe was another dining option. The rooms very large in comparison to alternative locations Staff were always available for assistance and were fantastic during the stay.

- Location directly in the main piazza - Breakfast was great! Very good selection to choose from - Public parking directly underground and close to the hotel (the parking and payment for our stay was much easier than we thought which was great!) - Comfortable bed and pillows - Friendly and helpful staff - Gym (limited equipment but still a nice to have)

- TV didn’t work in the room despite trying to get it fixed (we only have it on in the background so it wasn’t a big issue) - No kettle in the room which is a shame but I guess the hotel want you to buy that from their cafe - Extra charge for using the spa / sauna area which is a shame. You pay quite a bit to stay there so it would be nice if at least one visit would be included. - Woke up to no hot water one morning! It did get fixed by the evening but having a cold shower (and no apology or compensation offered) was a shock!

Amazing location and close to everything , minutes walk to everything. Groceries, cafes , restaurants etc. staff are amazing and there is an underground parking lot linked to the hotel. The breakfast buffet is really good. The toilets in the rooms are spacious and new. Highly recommended
