Breakfast was excellent, home made jams, apple strudel, very good variety and an excellent cappuccino. Beautifully presented room, very comfortable bed, modern decoration, this is a 2 star graded hotel with vibes of a 4 star. If you want a friendly, hospitable, extremely clean & a hotel that pays attention to the smallest details, this is the place to stay. Kitchen immaculate, passed on way to our rooms & liked that the kitchen staff picked their own basil growing on the terrace. Excellent stay, no hesitation staying here again, very close about 5-10 minutes from the train & bus station. Very safe location, carded entry to hotel after 8 pm. Bolzano is a gorgeous town, buses & trains very efficient, used both, used buses to Lago di carezza & Ortisei, efficient and although in a mountainous area, both journeys safe & comfortable especially for one afraid of heights/twisty roads, there is no need to be worried at all, the scenery especially to the Lago & the Lago itself was amazing. Used the cable car/gondolas to reach Alpe di Siusi & Seceda, felt very safe and on seeing the cable car on the second part of the journey to Seceda, my first thought was it was just too scary, however, pushed past the fear and the day spent between the two areas sight seeing the stunning location & Ortisei town was amazing & one that wont be ever forgotten.

Exceeded expectations on the first step into the property. No kettle/tea facilities in room but provided when asked if available, not a problem. Not a deal breaker, cafes on the door step outside if required.

As always, the Hotel Feichter was exceptional. I say “as always” because I’ve stayed here many times, as as much as I always loved it over many, many years, it has become even more exceptional now. I don’t say that lightly. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the pedestrian zone (with hotel-owned parking a short walk away, and the train station also a very short walk). The rooms are updated, large, particularly clean and modern. the family-owned staff are beyond friendly and the ultimate professionals. I always find it odd to make too much of a cheer over breakfast, but the breakfast here is on another level — the food is fantastic and broad-scope, but the ‘special’ aspect comes in the home-made jams, yogurts, mueslis and, especially, their own stewed fruits: cherries and huge currants in particular. The morning bread options are also truly special, unique for me! I cannot recommend it highly enough. The family will make YOU feel like family.

the staff were good and accomodating,the location is good, the rooms are clean, and I love their bathroom,it is clean and draining well. An excellent plce to stay, considering the price per night which is a lot cheaper than the other Accomodations, and yet the room and services are really goof.

everything is perfect except for the air conditioning, it is a bit warm in August so the AC didn‘t suffice. The breakfast buffet included is perfect and they also give you Südtyrol Guest Pass mobile card which you can use on your stay for puclic transport and some cable car rides and excursions. But it really is an excellent place to stay and would still stay here the next time I visit the place.

What a great stay at Hotel Feichter. No more than five minutes walk from the train station, and a great location to explore the city (and beyond!). From the moment we arrived we were made to feel so welcome by the staff, and our room was utterly spotless. Every amenity was thought of, including the shared terrace and honesty bar which were lovely touches. Breakfast was SPECTACULAR - loads of vegan options too. Thank you for making our trip to Bolzano so special, we will definitely be back!

The fact that we only booked two nights - I wish we could have stayed longer!!

We stayed in the apartment which was very spacious, clean & very well equipped which made our stay very comfortable, a big bonus was the washing machine. Breakfast was good quality in the nice dining room, also a great place to go for lunch. Excellent location in the heart of Bolzano which is a lovely city.

Just a small thing but even though the staff were friendly & efficient we never felt like we were able to engage much with them as we had in other hotels we stayed.

We got apartment 2 that located only few steps from the main hotel. We were so impressed with our room that was equipped with kitchenette, nice one bedroom, living area with sofa bed. Both area has it own air conditioning that work well, we slept so comfortably during our stay while Bolzano had warm/hot day. Bathroom was well designed with washing machine, good water pressure in the shower. We enjoyed our room so much it made us feel so relax after our long day out sightseeings. Staffs were full of hospitality. Breakfast was so healthy and the service was excellent. Our favorite hotel so far.

This hotel feels like home, clean and comfy. The staff at front desk gave us detailed introduction to bolzano city, including eating touring and transportation. They replied on booking APP and email promptly, provided all convinience like clothes drying and washing. Check-out time was fixed but the staff waited for us for one hour to help us checkout early, and gave us delicious lunch packs to go.

My wife didn't like the combined twin beds, still different from one queen bed.

Insanely clean, very modern interior and superb safety measurements in the evenings. You feel safe upon entering the hotel, and the heartwarming welcome by the staff at every occasion makes you feel very at home. We were always excited about going to breakfast, where the toppings are home-made and the food was overall handled with great care and love. The staff must have been our favorite aspect about our stay. Always smiling, always nice and forthcoming, always helpful and the receptionists gave us impeccable advice concerning our hiking trails, since we were unprepared (it was a breathtaking hike). Lastly, the hotel takes part in the cultural program being the "Bozen card", with which all the public transport in South-Tirole including cable cars around Bolzano and all the participating museum's tickets are free to use.

The family are over the top friendly and helpful. So pleasant and easy to deal with from reception to the bistro. Breakfast was outstanding. Everything you might want with great cappuccini and herbal teas. The studio we had was spacious, sparkling clean, quiet, and well equipped. Location could not be better... a few minute stroll to the train station. They offered us the Bolzano card, which we used on buses and the two binoculars. We ARE going to return.

Everyplace may have an issue arise. Issues are not as important as how they are resolved. We had a problem with the water. The staff did everything possible to make us comfortable while they got the problem resolved. Kudos to the family run hotel!

The staff/family were responsive and so welcoming and helpful. The room was better than expected and the breakfast was fantastic. On arrival, the host was very helpful with running routes, recommended wine bar and the Bolzano card was a bonus! Parking was nearby and easy to use (for 10 euro extra).

Nothing to fault. The only (very minor) issue was that we didn't have chairs outside our room (room 20) - it would have been nice to have somewhere to sit - we were going to use the Honesty Bar but there was nowhere to sit and have a drink... as I said a tiny issue and meant we had a better night's sleep!
