This is a fantastic hotel in Bolzano city center! The room was spacious enough for two people to relax and get ready for the day without issue. The beds were comfortable and easily movable to facilitate space, there was lots of bathroom counter space for all of our toiletries, and the staff was always helpful. The breakfast was amazing! It was a full spread of everything you'd expect from the region: breads, yogurts, fruit, eggs, cheeses, etc. We'll return to Figl again!

There's not a thing I can complain about. It's a solid hotel and very reasonably priced.

I had several messages through booking.com looking like they came from the hotel asking me to reconfirm my booking and threatening that it would be cancelled if I didn't. These messages were fake. I tried to contact customer services about it, I didn't get much response.

The location of this hotel was ideal for the Chrismas holiday and local events. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only component I did not like and understand why this would be the case, was the bed. It honestly felt like the mattress was made from a slab of foam. Everything else was fine.

Breakfast was excellent and they remembered how we liked our coffee every morning. They were very efficient and there was a good choice of food. The location was perfect. Just around the corner from the main square. Beautiful triple pane windows and double sinks in the bathroom with plenty of pillows and towels. We stayed in the Junior Suite which was quiet and comfortable as well as spotlessly clean. Since I had a broken arm, the elevator was very welcome. I don’t know how big the double rooms were. We stayed in a Jr Suite which was spacious and light. The owners and staff went out of their way to be helpful. Our last night there had been a fun music festival. We needed a taxi to get to the train station but because of a traffic jam, none could get through. Antone, the owner, rolled both our suitcases and backpacks down to the train station for us so we wouldn’t miss our train!

There was nothing we didn’t like. We hated to leave.

Noisy AC, a bit pricey for overall good but not exceptional experience. Paying extra 19 euros a day for parking, which is lower than the official parking price (hotel gives a discount), but still something to take into consideration.

This is a lovely family run hotel. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean. I liked the fact you could chose what you wanted for breakfast rather than pay a fixed amount for everything. It was lovely having the quiet bar to come back to in the evening for a drink. Within easy walking distance of the station.

The room and bath were of a good size and were clean although a blade of dried grass was on the floor all three days and was not vacuumed away.

The room was very warm and the ac was not yet working. We had to keep the window open but the room was right over the outdoor bar and so it was noisy from 9 a.m. till midnight and then early in the morning the street cleaner. Perhaps if we had a room in the back would have been better but my husband would not ask for a change. The breakfast was not included and cost 22 e for what is included in the states.

While our room was a comfortable temperature when we went to bed, every night we would wake up sweating and the AC was no longer running. Since this happened every night, we wondered if the hotel was saving money on air conditioning. Whatever the reason it stopped running every night, it really disrupted our sleep. We would have loved this hotel if it had not been for this issue.

Very nice location right in Central Bolzano, above the Walther plaza. Very convenient easy to find parking (use google maps only), with discount with the hotel. We found parking all 3 days we stayed there after skiing. There is an elevator that takes you right to the hotel, if you do not find it, all exists are nearby. Many drinking and eating options nearby. Nice quiet clean rooms and very nice breakfast. Very kind staff. Even though not super cheap, it is way cheaper than other hotels in the area, and definitely worth it if you want parking, breakfast and comfortable clean rooms for a ski trip to many of the nearby slopes!

You may find a bit of traffic in the morning but that is not the hotel’s fault.

Location was excellent. The room was very big and very clean. The bathroom had a bath and a great shower and lovely thick soft towels. Staff were pleasant. Breakfast was good. There was a nice little outside area to eat in.

The room was quite dark and faced onto a wall. That is the only criticism.
