The location is great. It's a short walking distance to public transportation that gets you to hiking trails (cable car to Soprabolzano / bus to Val Gardena). There is also a supermarket and many restaurants nearby. The room itself is quite spacious. We had a fridge in the room as well as a coffee machine with capsules, which was very convenient.

The room itself had a bad smell of cigarettes, which we could not get rid of. The private bathroom is decent, but it's outside the room (you get a key for it when checking in).

The location is simply perfect: middle way (about 5-10 min walk) between the train station and the cable car. The city centre is also within easy reach. Although there is no air conditioning, for me it worked to open the window (better than the ventilator actually, although that one isn't noisy either) because the street is very silent at night, despite being on the ground floor. There are some snacks and tea/coffee for breakfast. The location is on a whole corridor of an old palazzo comprising about 5 rooms, and there is a refrigerator to put your things too, on the corridor.

Spacious, simple room with 4 real sleeping places. All nicely clean. Coffee machine with enough caps. The bathroom was separate from the room, but private (in our case) and clean as well.

Everything was very good and we definitely enjoyed our stay. The only improvement would be regarding the mattress, which might need a refresh, as they are quite weak in the middle. The rest was all good. Convenient.

The best feauture is the closeness to the main bus/train station. Apartments are located on the ground floor of a historic building. The room (Raoul - 3 bed) was reasonably spacious, quiet and pleasantly cool thanks to the adjacent wild garden, on the other hand it was quite dark for the same reason. The bed was comfy. I liked the availability of fridge, microwave oven (albeit with no plates and cutlery), sources to make tea and coffee. The tourist brochures also came in handy.

One shared bathroom for multiple rooms is a bit uncomfortable when it serves as the only water source and the only toilet. Had some problems to get the access codes, but everything turned OK in the end.

Modern and clean bathroom, comfortable bed. Easy self check-in process and automatic payment. Excellent location for walking to the historic area. Very close to bus, train and cable cars. Espresso machine in the room. I had a double bedroom with a private bathroom. There is a refrigerator in the shared area for storing any cold foods. I did not hear any noise from other rooms.

A few thoughtful touches were missing such as a place to store toiletries in the shower, hooks to hang up coats. The fan in the bathroom did not extract steam well so everything in the bathroom stayed very damp.

Room really close to the city centre in an apartment with 5-6 more. There is a private bathroom and a shared one. The room was small but very clean and had a TV. The heating worked perfectly. Water, tea, etc. was offered and Giorgio (the owner) was really nice.

There was a bad smell in the corridor (I did not know where it came from, but inside the room it smelt good). If you want to leave the luggage after the check-out, it has to be in the corridor, there is no specific space for this.

cleanliness, location, easy availability of owner, though we never had need to see him personally, via email & Whatsapp, handy refrigerator in hallway, many supplies both in the room as well as in the hallway, & you cannot beat the value for what you are provided with…

We are not luxury oriented so this is not your place if you are…it was more than ample for our needs & we would seriously consider coming back here if we visit Bolzano again & the same owner is in charge.

Location, big room, hot water 24/7, electric kettle in room, tv, excellent wifi connection, hair dryer.

There should be an extra blanket in the room. I had to sleep with my clothes on.

The automatic check in system and the location is near the center.

For me total 6 rooms only a bathroom is not enough .Though it is a B n B but a very little things to do for breakfast.

room was super big! had coffee machine and some biscuits with jam. Shared fridge outside the room and shared bathroom which was ok, sometimes it wasn’t the cleanest but that is also up to the other guests. No aircon or fan.
