The location was super convenient—right next to the town center, so we could walk everywhere. The entrance faces a public parking lot and a quiet street, which made things easy. The staff was really kind, and the breakfast was great—fresh and with plenty of choices. The water pressure in the shower was perfect after a long day of exploring, and the bed was super comfortable—not too firm, not too soft. We love that the air conditioning works great with the warm summer! We also loved that it’s a pet-friendly hotel. They allowed our dog for an extra fee, which made our trip even better (just note that pets aren’t allowed in the restaurant).

The walls are pretty thin—you can hear your neighbors at all hours, which made it hard to get solid rest at times. Our first night, there was live music in the garden area that went on for a while, which added to the noise. Also, the parking lot isn’t part of the property. It’s across the street and paid separately, though the hotel does offer a discounted rate.

It's a hotel that has everything you need for relaxing. Stay over in Bolzano, from the pool setting to the flower gardens to the lounge area outside in their little park, then inside to another lounge, or to have a snack. There's a buffet in the morning that has everything! There is ever a cigar lounge, yes a room all on its own with a good section of Davidoff Cigars! The room we had was 503, which was the top floor, and well setup, air conditioning, mini bar,separate sitting area, large bathroom with a tub and shower, our daughter stayed in 103, single room but nice setup as well, beds and pillows good , Controlled parking right across from hotel, yes we enjoyed out stay! Short walk to main square 4/5 minute walk, full of restaurants and spots to just sit have coffee. This place rates 5 Star, and when you stay, the place has a little history! Great location, lovely property and very easy to reach by car with parking right across the road. Lovely hotel room, beautiful gardens and good breakfast.

Room too warm with no way to increase the aircon. We could open windows, but there was too much noise from the music in the garden. We booked for dinner in the fine dining venue which had moved to the garden for summer - food was good, but the music from the aperativo event was loud, throbbing and invasive and totally destroyed the atmosphere - not good at all and made dinner a complete waste of money. Good hotels should know better!

The location is perfect, the buffet breakfast was excellent, and the service from the staff was really outstanding. The bar is beautiful and we had one of the best hamburgers in our lives there! The cleanliness of the room was absolutely perfect, and we appreciated a stand-up shower. The ambience of the hotel is superb, and there is one elevator that has a bench in it, something we had never seen before. Easy parking across the street. Would definitely stay there again!

The room was too hot at night for sleeping; we weren't able to adjust the thermostat lower so had to open the windows all night. And like most older hotels, the walls were not very insulated, so you could hear people talking in the adjoining rooms and hallway.

If you’re a fan of classic charm with a cinematic flair, Parkhotel Laurin is a dream come true—think Wes Anderson vibes with its delightful old-fashioned character. The staff were friendly and accommodating, which made my stay even more pleasant. The hotel’s location is fantastic, just a short five-minute walk from the main station, making it perfect for exploring Bolzano and surrounding areas by train. The hotel bar is a standout! The cocktails are superb, and the continuous complimentary snacks like olives and nuts are a lovely touch. Plus, the private gardens are simply beautiful—a tranquil oasis to unwind in.

Breakfast was tasty, but adding more hot options would be a nice upgrade. My room was quite warm, as they turn off the air conditioning from November, which might not suit everyone’s comfort. Lastly, while dinner at the garden restaurant was enjoyable, it could be more elevated, especially given the price point.

Large comfortable clean room, comfortable beds. Very good location, 5 mins walking distance to the buses and trains yet very quiet (no street or traffic noise). Right on the edge of the old town

Not sure about other rooms but it was practically no soundproofing insulation in our room. We could hear everything happening in the next room - thankfully it was vacant for first 2 days of our stay, but then when guests check in we could hear absolutely everything - from very expressive Italian chats to flushes in the toilet and plugging a charger into the power point…

Room was spacious, clean and well appointed. The breakfast was superb, spoilt for choice and the lady who greeted us each morning was welcoming friendly and attentive. Even though part of the garden was under reconstruction with the pool works the gardens were still magnificent and our chat with the gardener was great as she explained the age of some of the plants and some of the varieties of plants growing in the garden. The hotel was also well located for our needs. Close to the train station, cable car to Renon and the piazza.

Wonderfully big bedroom and very well appointed bathroom - great water pressure in the shower! Huge and very comfortable bed. The hotel has a fabulous bar, decorated and appointed in traditional style with a great atmosphere: the pianist played a series of interpretations of movie themes with skill and feeling.

There was no milk for the tea-making facilities: I know this is a particularly 'English' problem, but it is nice to be able to make a cup of tea in the morning, and herbal tea does not cut it, somehow...
