We were greeted so warmly when we arrived on the 2nd February in the afternoon by a lovely woman at reception. The warm welcome, support and service of the staff continued throughout our stay. All of the staff were warm, friendly, professional and efficient. The common areas of the hotel was beautifully and subtly decorated with wonderful furniture and ambient lighting. We liked the peacefulness and the quiet throughout the hotel. There was no loud music and no loud guests. The room was very clean and the bathroom was pristine. The spa was great and again everything was quiet and peaceful. Good water temperature , wonderful rest area. Food was truly delicious with great variety. A special thank you to all the brilliant staff ...especially to Julian ( in photo with permission ) who had fantastic knowledge of wine and was so charming and really fantastic in every way; to Tony for making me a bespoke golden coloured cocktail which was perfect, and to Katerina, Melanie, Tobias and all the colleagues who were all excellent. This is a gorgeous family run hotel which is managed with great care. We hope to come back soon.

Everything was great, we loved our stay in deluxe suite and beautiful view of mountains from our balcony

All was great, i suggest a couple of improvements, the swimming pool can have water pressure massage jets like in other luxury boutique hotels. the afternoon snacks were great but i wish they kept a selection of teas available for guests. they only had a bar open which was great but we missed the selection of teas.

Hotel is great, food was amazing- in the price you have breakfast, small lunch, afternoon snack+cakes and in the evening 4 course meal on top level! Pool is amazing and big, 3 saunas to choose from. Slopes are 3 min drive away, there is ski bus as well as public bus in front of the hotel to take you there. Amazing and relaxing stay, staff was friendly.

All was great, but note that some “basic” rooms are in “old” part of the hotel, the luxury ones are more fashionable. There are no pubs or restaurants to eat outside of the hotel.

The best place where I have been so far. Perfect value for the price - almost everything was included into the price. Paying for HB gives you a light lunch and also an afternoon snack. Every dinner was a gurme experience! The Chef is perfect and also all of the staff.

Very clean, feels luxurious and modern… Warm rooms, noise is isolated 👌🏻 Food is perfect, and the concept is great. You choose what you eat at the dinner in the morning…restaurant style, every day menu is new😀.

Wonderful boutique hotel, furnished with style, spotless clean, with an oustanding Spa area. Really enjoyed breakfast and dinner, nice selection of wines. Service was extraordinary, with particular compliments to Maria and Valentina. Nice trails in this area too, so will defintely reccomend the place.

The food was amazing, with a good breakfast selection and vegan or fish options every dinner. The spa area was calming and super up-to-date.

Perfect location only a stone throw away from the more bussy turist traps in the alps. The valley of Sarental offered a spa atmosphere and amazing tracks in the mountains. The resturant of the hotel is Michelin stars worthy.

There is nothing to dislike

(+) Amazing staff, friendly, descrete, always ready to help. (+) Very tasteful meals, we have had a halp board and I would higly recommend it to eveyone. Their dinner is prepraed by a Romanian cheff who lives already more then 10 years in the region of northern Italy. (+) Bolzano card which gives you a free access to many locations in the ragion. (+) Lovely pool / spa area. (+) Spaceus parking with an easy access for our car with the roof box. (+) Comfort of the bed. (+) Gift we've received at the check out was another lovely guesture. (+) Lovely valley views and 23km ski pists are available. ...

(-) Though bed was comfy, I was disapointed that our family room didn't look like as the room(s) on the photo while booking our stay. Our room was very classic furrtnished while I was expecting spacious and modern room.
