Please, change the curtains😅 they made your hotel look so old…(despite there is a good modern renovation. There should also be the spa access… but when we arrived the sauna and hamam were not working, and nobody even warned us in advance…. And I’ve chosen this hotel because of access to the spa, and there wasn’t…

Great location to venture around, beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. Hotel had everything we needed. We stayed in the family room and had a large deck. Front desk provided excellent services, added on an extra night the day before our scheduled night with the same rate. Breakfast buffet style was wonderful, fresh food, wide variety, coffee bar. Did not get to use the deck or the pool for lack of time on our part.

Parking was a little tricky on arrival. The hotel owns 4 different parking spaces. Lot #2 worked best for us.

The location was great. The village had a cheap cable lift up to the alpine village. The people were friendly. The room was quiet and comfortable. The view from the balcony was incredible.

The hotel would have good opportunities for the highest stars. The problem with hotels is that if something is once broken, it stays broken. For example, the floorboards came off. In the spa department, the jet nozzles and many of the showers no longer worked, which made me wonder about the hygiene level of the spa department. Respa's young woman was always sitting outside with a cigarette, talking on a video call.

Perfect hotel to stopover while traveling, and most often used that way. Most guests stay one night. Close to the Brenner-South of Italy highway. We have spent there 4 nights in a stationary way and it was good, too, due to the touristic attractions in the area. Good spot to explore the Dolomites. Rich Breakfast buffet, variety of bread and pastries, cereals, fruits. Cold cuts and cheeses, scrambled eggs, bacon, some vegetables, jams and honey. We did not try the hotel restaurant, because it was closed during our stay.

Generally it was not a disadvantage from our point of view, but it is an ADVICE for the staff (and next visitors). One of the items on the breakfast menu are raw eggs to be cooked yourself. This should be BETTER MARKED. Some of the guests do not get it and break raw eggs on their plates making a big mess, while other steal somebody's else eggs from the cooking machine... Quite a good comedy ;-D Second, if you are looking for a calm stay, daily exchange of a significant number of guests can spoil it a little.

We had a family room with large balcony overlooking the mountains. Pity weather wasn't great to sit out there .breakfast was really nice and evening meal was good it's a fixed menu but was good for 2 nights as not much in the area for food and drinks The drinks and food was reasonably priced

The pools didn't look too clean and they weren't that warm so didn't stay in for more than 5 minutes there was a terrace and some exercise equipment but didn't use them so can't comment

Everyone was very friendly and helpful, pool was lovely. Breakfast had many options available, and the self serve was very user friendly. Went down to the lounge in the evening, chilled and quiet atmosphere and reasonably priced drinks. We were also given a card to access all of the local transport and museums for free, which also gave us use of some of the cable cars for free, it was very well used and saved us a fortune!

No do not disturb signs, cleaners came in whilst we were at breakfast and we had a slightly awkward stand in the balcony whilst they finished up to stay out the way, but overall amazing stay and they kept the room so clean.

Great location for trips to the Dolomites, Bolzano and hiking. 3 minutes to the pizzeria, shop and gas station, 15 minutes by car to the Brixen - shops and restaurants opened every day. Modern room, large shower, Smart TV with wi-fi, free wi-fi , perfekt view from the balcone, large balcone, french windows. Breakfast was good, the staff speaks English or German. Every day cleaning room. Very large parking place, there no problem with parking a car at the evening.

In the room was not a fridge and air conditioning, but that was not in the description of the room - we knewn that.

The location is terrific, the staff is really nice and ready to answer all questions, free parking available, and the view from the balcony is just amazing. The breakfast was good. We were able to enjoy sauna, liked it a lot, generally a nice place to stay.

The hotel is indeed a bit old, has a weird smell. Everything in the family room was new and comfortable, but wooden parts of the balcony somewhat dilapidated, an ashtray not emptied for some weeks.

We booked 2 single rooms and were put into an apartment which was fine but not what we expected. The breakfast was great.

Because we were in an apartment, things that you might find in a hotel room, like a kettle and tea/coffee, weren’t there. There were 2 bathrooms but one of the showers didn’t drain so couldn’t be used.

If you have a car, it's a nice pit stop w clean rooms w balconies that have a good view of the hillside. We really enjoyed the swimming pool and jacuzzi that almost feels heated as it sits above the sauna rooms. On a clear day the view from the pool area must be amazing though we only saw clouds and rain.

The check out staff was a bit slow
