Very nice hotel with comfortable beds & very clean. The rooms are average size for the price but no fridge or tea & coffee facilities which seems to be the standard in the hotels. Excellent service by the restaurant staff.

The gentleman who was in reception was not helpful & quite dismissive. He wasn’t interested in our inquiries regarding payment twice for local taxes

Beautiful views, very friendly staff, very dog friendly, comfortable room, good breakfast, and affordable.

The small grass patch behind the hotel where I took my pup for relief had previous owners not pick up after their dogs so it was a little messy. It was a little farther from the city center (about a 40 minute walk) and the taxis are somewhat inconvenient but the walk is beautiful.

I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the property and found the check-in process to be very simple and smooth.

However, I was disappointed with the restaurant team. Specifically, a heavy-set woman on the staff was quite rude and unpleasant in her interactions.

Mostly the guys at reception! Most welcoming and helpful people I've ever had the pleasure to meet. The room was great, clean, and super comfy. There was a big free parking lot, good wifi, mini fridge, aricon and large balcony. Also a very nice and quite area.

The breakfast could use some more attention.

Tje management were fantastic and very friendly and catered to out needs perfectly and wonderfully. My son has special needs and the hotel staff were exceptional in helping me.

The hotel is older at first glance, but the rooms have been upgraded. The room including the bath was nice. The staff was great. Breakfast was sufficient. Parking slots. Dog friendly.

Higher prices

Good location in Bolzano. I only stayed one night but Management were happy to leave my car there in the morning so I was able to walk into the city centre so visit the Iceman Museum and explore some of the old town. After driving a few hours to get there it was also ice to spend some time sitting on the balcony and chill in the evening. Easy to get to from the Brenner pass & autobahn
