Beautiful and charming hotel situated in the old town. Amazing main building where we stayed and enjoyed every minute. The suite was so deliciated furnished bringing elegance and rustic together and we also had a nice terrace / balcony with the view towards the old church. Can also highly recommend the beach ckub just a few minutes away with the charming city train. In addition the rooftop restaurant was fabulous all together. The staff is so friendly and helpful always with a smile to welcome you. Breakfast was the best. Would definitively come back if the opportunity is there

We stayed in one of the annex buildings located a couple of minutes walk away from the main hotel. It was a beautifully restored old building with a lovely balcony overlooking the old town. Breakfast was in the main building and it was actually really nice wandering there every morning down the pretty street. There was a good selection of cakes, savoury and cooked items and it was all served in a beautiful little courtyard. Parking was in a public car park about a 10 minute walk away but they come and collect you in a golf buggy so no problems with luggage. All the staff were delightful and really helpful. Being able to communicate on WhatsApp was super helpful as well.

The room was a bit smaller than we were expecting. The shower holder was broken so you couldn’t stand under the shower. The hot water from the coffee machines was not hot enough.

It was incredible beauty authentic Sardinian experience. The suite with balcony for two friends was amazing. I was actually there for four nights and my friend for two. Everything was perfect. We each had our room, we ate on the balcony every night. The suite was so charming. We had an incredible view from the balcony amd from the doors from my room. Anna welcome us with a huge smile every morning for breakfast and Julia brought us the best coffee. They were so kind. The staff at reception were all so nice( I didn’t get names but one of the girls is in this video) she took me to my car with my luggage. I went to Sardinia to discover the Blue Zone and this quaint charming hotel is absolutely stunning. Thank you Grazie Mille Merci.

That I couldn’t stay longer.

We had a wonderful stay at Alberto Diffuso Mannois. The staff are so kind and always willing to help. The room was clean and the location was in perfect walking distance to everything we needed, and the breakfast was varied and delicious every day. We also really appreciated the opportunity to use their rental bikes to reach the beach and make use of the beach club. The rooftop restaurant of the building we were staying in ‘Sa Turre’ had delicious food and beautiful views across the town.

We were a bit surprised about beach towel rental. Firstly that this had to be done at the reception and not at the actual beach club itself. Also that there is an added cost of towel rental which is not included in the beach club access.

Excellent breakfast variety, buffet style. Being lactose intolerant, I had to pass up most of the pastries, but it was still excellent. The reception personnel were very helpful in suggesting attractions to visit. We enjoyed lunch at the Mannois beach club on multiple days. Our room in the annex was comfortable. We did have to call for service on our air conditioner once; it was promptly corrected.

Parking was just adequate, but this is not a criticism of the hotel so much as it is true of the entire region. These are old towns with narrow streets, not designed for automobiles.

Location is great. The fact that the hotel is divided into different places in town and the hotel connects every part of it with golf carts is a nice experience. Front desk employees are great and very helpful. Breakfast is high quality and very complete and served in a charming patio.

The only thing I would recommend for improvement is the Air Conditioning that was locked and you couldn´t change temperature or do any action. Just on/off.

We loved the breakfast, the location and the staff. We attended the pasta making class with Nonna Maria which was a lovely experience and we highly recommend doing. The beach club was also a great perk as we received 2 sun loungers and an umbrella for the duration our stay. Special shout out to Rosemarie who was outstanding both before and during the stay. We couldn’t fault anything!

Very nice boutique hotel. Very friendly staff. They helped us with booking the boat day trip as well as suggested really nice nearby beaches

The hotel is located all around the town. Our room was not in the main building so we have to walk 3 minutes to the reception which sometimes was not the most convenient

We stayed in a room right off the courtyard of the main building. The place is beautiful! We ate breakfast at a small table right outside our door. The breakfast was plentiful, full of variety, and delicious. The staff was informative and friendly. Public parking in a square was less than 100 feet away. Highly recommended!

The separate restaurant, also run by the hotel, was expensive and underwhelming, except for the setting on the roof of an old building.

This is a beautifully maintained/renovated property in the heart of Orosei. Easy walking access to local shops, sights and restaurants. Rooms are pleasant and comfortable with clean bathrooms and comfortable furnishings. Breakfast was excellent and staff are only too happy to help.

There is no carparking on site. There are a number of carparks nearby, so finding a park can be challenging
