Breakfast was excellent. The location is beautiful and the private beach wonderful. It is all spotless clean and remarkably well maintained. There is plenty of staff around and they are very helpful.

Two small things could be improved. There seems to be a problem with the Navette to the beach. It is as if nobody knows whose task it is to do it, and if after a wait someone shows up to do it, he looks annoyed. Sometimes staff at the reception was too polite in dealing with arrogant impolite hotel guests, who skipped the queue.

Beautiful hotel with enormous potential

Definitively not a 4-star experience and not because of the room or the facility but mostly for the service. Some staff is completely unprepared to serve a 4-star hotel.

I can only speak in superlatives—an outstanding paradise! I have never experienced such a clean, fresh hotel in my life, and we travel 3–4 times a year. The staff and service were exceptional—so attentive and intuitive, they truly have hospitality in their fingertips. We were traveling with our child, who has Down syndrome, ADHD, and autism. Our meals were served in a quiet corner, and the care we received was so unique and heartfelt it brought tears to my eyes. We can never be away from home for more than 72 hours, as routines are essential for our child. Even though we never really have a “vacation” in the traditional sense, because our child requires constant attention, this time we genuinely felt the vacation spirit. At first, I was worried there was no buffet and that meals were à la carte—but it turned out to be amazing. Our child, who is very selective with food, received meals perfectly suited to his taste. The food was divine! Beautifully presented, it felt like true fine dining. We had full board, which I absolutely recommend. Golf carts took guests to and from the beach—even though it wasn’t far, this was a tremendous help for us, and we made full use of it. The beach was super clean and fresh. All textiles were of luxurious quality and smelled divine—but subtly so. Perfect in every way. There was a small shop in the area and an ice cream bar as well. We flew into Bari and had a rental car. A huge thank you to everyone who welcomed us—from receptionists, waitstaff, lifeguards, housekeeping, and chefs to the amazing guys assisting guests at the front desk—thank you all so much! You were incredible!

Nothing to address

-The hotel itself was beautiful, inside and out. I'd go back for this alone. -The staff were very helpful. -breakfast was wonderful! -loved the bar by the pool, staff there were great -the courts were great to have

-The temperature in the room was pretty unbearable, so hot - especially to sleep comfortably. The AC barely worked - barely blew out, was definitely not cool air, and the room was very humid the whole time. Maintenance came and said there was nothing they could do, and they couldn't even offer us a fan. Definitely my biggest complaint. -The food at the restaurant is ok, not bad - and the staff were nice but VERY inattentive, took forever to order and get our food, etc. -Just a suggestion but if you're going to have a beautiful resort like this and have 3 huge pools, I'd recommend making one child-free.

Exc staff~ welcoming, friendly and good guidance. Beautiful grounds, pools and interior design common areas to relax in. Offers smaller adult pool to keep families and resting guests apart. Modern gym. Beautiful large dining areas and great open outdoor bar with friendly bartenders. Offers nonalcoholic choices, too. Spa & boutiques. Nice location near mountain villages and sea. Great additional restaurant you take a golf cart to that looks out on water w beach access.

Some rooms very small with not great air flow. Pay more to get space. Breakfast has many offerings, but on longer stays would be nice to get a few daily changes~ or a weekly special.

We don’t have a bad word to say about the property. Very clean, very friendly staff, good food at the restaurant (including gluten free pizza and pasta for me), great breakfast, comfortable room. Three swimming pools and a short trip to the private beach, super easy and enjoyable. Great location, 10mins from Ostuni where there are plenty of restaurants and bars and we also drove down the coast to beach clubs and other beautiful towns like Monopoli. We had a great stay!

I can’t think of anything we didn’t like, maybe the sun loungers are a bit uncomfortable? But that’s really trying to think of something negative.

The decor is clean and white and made us feel immediately relaxed, The hotel beach is a short walk away- soft sand, comfortable beds with umbrellas, beach bar and beautiful clear sea. Three hotel swimming pools, paddle courts, yoga classes and a relaxed bar with live music in the evening.

Taxis are expensive and more expensive if you order them through the hotel reception. It is more cost effective to hire a car as there is plenty of free parking at the hotel and a car is needed to discover the area.

Breakfast was excellent as was all the food at the hotel including the mini pizzas by the pool. Staff were all polite, attentive and super helpful. The room was great - even better than expected comfortable bed, stylish furniture and very nice little terrace. Reception and common areas very well laid out and comfortable. The beach was amazing and the walk wasn’t a problem even in the summer heat. We would have NO hesitation in booking this hotel again and recommending to friends and family.

The hotel was fab. Super comfortable, spacious and great facilities. The staff were exceptional in their professionalism but also how friendly they were. Highly highly recommend.

You need a car when at this resort. No external restaurants within walking distance so without a car you would be quite stuck in the hotel complex.

The hotel was beautiful and the staff were amazing, nothing was too much trouble. Food was delicious and location near to the beach was superb! Lovely pool which kept us cool in the heat of the day. Great that pool towels were available both round the pool and on the beach.

Bed was uncomfortable, very hard and short in length ~ our feet hung over the edge. The shower was very good but a little on the small side.
