Location is right in the heart of the old town. Parking was easy. We prearranged it with the hotel. We were given directions/google location to a local parking lot, called the hotel and they quickly came and picked us and our luggage up and delivered us up through the windy streets to the hotel in their little shuttle van. The hotel is in an historic building, but well maintained and renovated. The room was large but had no view. Breakfast was included and good. The elevator worked. The reception staff was quick to assist.

The bed was hard. (Seems like almost all the beds in Italy are so hard)

It is a 13 century former Convent. It is unique and beautiful. There are 2 hotels in all of Ostuni. One is a 5 star at the back of a church and the other is this hotel. It is wonderful and very fairly priced. You are literally in the middle of all the action. The front desk picked us up from the parking lot which is a 5 minute walk from Ostuni city. You cant drive in the city itself because the streets are too small and there are hundreds of tourists walking. The rooms were big. Cathedral ceilings. I got the deluxe room. It was a little warm for the two days we were there because it was in the 90s outside and the AC was situated high up near the cathedral ceiling. But is was comfortable. Rooms were clean. The hotel has beautiful terraces to sit in and have a drink. Hotel has a bar on the second floor in the middle of the day for drinks and sitting on the balcony/terrace. Little coffee bar in lobby for coffee any time of day. They have an awesome breakfast in a beautiful room which was included in the price. We loved the hotel and highly recommend it as the place to be if you visit Ostuni which is a gorgeous town.

AC could have been a bit stronger but it was VERY hot the two days we were there. But room was comfortable.

I found the location perfect. I found the room excellent. It was much quieter than I expected give its central location in a busy tourist area. I found the that the staff went out of their way to be helpful to me and to stay in the hotel precinct(on the terrace) for a number of hours after checkout in order to meet with my wife who was coming in on a delayed flight. Staff were courteous, friendly, helpful professional. And the room rate was very reasonable

I have no complaints.

Great location, very central but on a quiet street. Characterful bedroom with vaulted ceiling and very spacious.

The lift was out of order throughout our stay. We thought the breakfast was fairly poor, plenty of choice but not very good. The shower cubicle in the bathroom was very small. It would be good if they contacted guests before arrival to remind them about parking arrangements. I had booked a long time ago and had forgotten that you couldn’t drive up to the hotel so my attempts to get there were a nightmare. However, that was my fault, all works perfectly if you remember to check instructions!

The location was excellent. Just down a small road minutes away from all the action meant it was very close but also very quiet. We drove and parked in the hotel car park just outside the city walls, which was also only 6 minutes walk, incredibly convenient as we were using the car frequently during our stay. We used the free hotel shuttle service and the start and end of the trip for our luggage which was a great addition. The staff were polite, helpful and gave us free bottles of water upon request. Breakfast was great, and there was a good selection of continental foods. Two beautiful terraces to have a nice evening drink on also. The room was large and the aircon was excellent. The whole building was very beautiful.

It was slightly misleading as to which room we would be staying in. I booked the deluxe double as the description makes it sound like there is only one- the previous owners house. In fact there are three, which are pictured but not described. We did not stay in the one described, but I was very satisfied with the room I was in and it featured all deluxe features.

Room was beautiful. Very clean and comfortable. Hotel is in an amazing location. Right in the centre. Perfect position for families. Good breakfast with lots of variety. The lady on reception couldn't have been more helpful, she was fantastic. Helped with our transfer and even called the UK office for us. Thanks so much! Would 100% recommend. Oh and loved the slippers that are provided in the room! :)

Pillows were a little bit hard for me but didn't ruin my stay here.

What a wonderful hotel! Staying at this hotel made our trip to Ostuni so much easier and very special. The team are wonderful, and they really made you feel at home straight away. We drove and so parked in the hotel's secure car park at the bottom of the hill. As there is a ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone) in the very centre of the historic Ostuni, this made it very easy and you call up to the hotel to ask for the shuttle to come down and pick you and your bags up. It's so easy, and we loved it. The breakfast was delicious and our room was very comfortable, with aircon and a large bed and bathroom, and a fantastic view over Ostuni. The hotel is a couple of minutes walk up the hill to the Cathedral and a couple of minutes down to the main piazza. If we come back to Ostuni in the future, we will 100% stay here again, and recommend this hotel to everyone visiting the area.

I loved it all!

Ideal location in the center of the old city; extremely nice and helpful staff who gave us every possible help and great recommendations. The breakfast was excellent (both salty and sweet). NOTE: When arriving by car, you cannot go to the hotel directly; driving into the old city is restricted (and costs a heavy fine if you try). You must park in the "Stella" parking lot below the city wall, from where you call the hotel. They will come within moments to pick you up with your luggage. Parking was 8 EUR/night.

The location is absolutely perfect for exploring in the heart of Ostuni old town. The hotel is beautifully decorated in the traditional Puglia style, our room was gorgeous with a stunning view over the white city! The bed was so comfortable (the pillows especially so!) the bathroom was modern with everything you could need. The staff were so lovely and helpful, I wish I could remember the ladies name (she had a very long ponytail) she helped us plan our day with sites to see and places to eat which all turned out to make our visit to Ostuni perfect! I Would definitely recommend this hotel, actually I insist you won't find better in Ostuni than this one!

Nothing! Everything was perfect!

Fabulous hotel in centre of Ostuni, great staff, very helpful. The room was up on the 3rd floor with a lovely view over the city. Room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good, the usual continental buffet. Despite the central location the room was quiet.

The bathroom was behind the bed head, running parallel to the corridor wall, making it entirely internal. To allow light in there was a window on top of the wall behind the bed, this did not go up to the ceiling. Inevitably every sound made in the bathroom was heard in the bedroom, not what I want to hear. Perhaps other guests are not as bothered as I was! If you take the stairs fro floor 3 to floor 2 beware the glass stairs!
