STUNNING PROPERTY WITH WARM AND AMAZING STAFF. A WONDERFUL STAY IN A MASSERIA WHICH IN ITSELF WAS A LOVELY EXPERIENCE. EVERY DETAIL OF THIS PROPERTY WAS BEAUTIFUL .

THERE SHOULD BE SECUITY/STAFF AT THE GATE TO LET GUESTS IN AFTER 10 PM. THEY GIVE YOU A KEY BUT YOU HAVE TO GET OUT OF YOUR CAR IN THE DARKNESS AND OPEN UP THE MAIN GATE THEN LOCK IT BACK AND THEN ALSO OPEN UP THE MAIN DOOR AND LOCK IT BACK...FELT A LLITTLE INTIMIDATED BY THIS AS 3 WOMEN IN AN UNFAMILIAR AREA /COUNTRY. THE PROPERTY AND AROUND THE PROPERTY ALSO VERY DARK AT NIGHT- NO STREET LIGHST OR PROPER LIGHTING. BECAUSE OF THIS REASON WE RUSHED BACK FROM DINNER AT A STUNNING BEACH CLUB SO AS TO ARRIVE BEFORE 10 PM.

Beautiful venue, stunning property with great facilities. Peaceful retreat with wonderful breakfasts. Received an upgrade to a very special, larger suite.

It's not cheap - Aperol Spritz even more expensive than Venice ! Dinner meal was poor value for money. Surprised, considering the costs, on the number of families with very young children.

Great experience - Carmen the hostess was very professional- we arrived late - Carmen assisted us and arranged fantastic food from the kitchen - a real pro

The barman was very unpleasant - every time we ordered a drink it was a very big effort for him - he was rude and very unprofessional

We found the hotel was located in an excellent situation for visiting nearby historical towns and the coast line. The breakfast was a simple yet very tasty way to start the day. Although the weather did not allow us to use the pool, it looked fantastic and a peaceful haven.

It was early in the season so I do not wish to make too many comments, but the bar could stay open a little later and kitchen options could be a little more varied for the evening meals.

The property itself was gorgeous and the facilities were fabulous! The pool massive and the olive trees stunning. Inspiring decorations throughout. Easy parking.

The other guests were so noisy and we couldn’t get any assistance to ask them to stop as all staff had gone to bed.

The place is truly magical, rooms were big and very clean, bathrooms are huge. Breakfast is diverse and tasty, the pool is also amazing. Pool is also suitable for little children.

Quite pricey, I would say that it somehow barely reaches price-performance. There was quite a long wait time for lunch in the restaurant even though we were the only visitors at that time.

Beautiful property and staff!

There is a dog pound near the resort which didn't help with sleep as they kept barking late into the night. Food can be improved...would have loved egg options (scrambled/sunny side up etc.) for breakfast, and some pasta options/side sauces to complement the dishes...taste was bland for our taste buds. However the whole wheat croissants were devine!

A small thing I know, but I did miss the mini toiletries that were provided last time. This time it was just shower gel from a large container in the wall. Also no hair conditioner.

Beautiful castle-vibe and amazing surroundings full of olive trees! Very nice pool area and italian breakfast. Lots of sitting areas and places to relax. Comfortable bed.

Lack of gluten free bread for breakfast, the staff was hard to catch (for check out and bar service). They have a nice online option to order food and drinks to your table all over the property. Unfortunately it didn’t work.

Everything - a quiet location yet close to a main road, and easy access by road to most relevant places in the Valle d’Itria. Rooms and common spaces very tastefully appointed. Very good buffet breakfast, and delightful open space for meals. Great swimming pool. All employees were very professional and very nice.
