Stayed in the villa for 10 days - unrivaled fantastic location, a place of ultimate serenity and relaxation in the middle of a hot, bustling town. The room was beautiful and spotlessly clean, and the staff couldn’t do enough. Amazing attention to details. Very traditional breakfast with local food.

At some point during our stay we were approached by one of the staff members and were advised "we should NOT" bring our own vine to villa and drink it since the owner will not like it. This is not our first time staying in Italian villas [B&B] and never had an issue with bringing a vine for personal consumption. If drinking is not allowed on the property owner shall add this to the House Rules.

This is beautiful place to stay and full of character , beautiful interiors and well appointed rooms. The rooms were a great size and tastefully done. There are only 6 rooms which makes the place feel like home. The breakfast's were lovely with plenty of choice and we were greeted every morning by a very helpful and friendly Marise who would set breakfast up, nothing was too much trouble. We met one the owners who was delightful and gave us restaurant recommendations and helped us book them. We went with friends and an ideal place to stay with friends with a beautiful terrace/ patio area at the back of the place with a beautiful pool which would be great in the summer months. The accommodation is ideally situated and only 10 minutes walk from the old town. We hired a car and were able to park outside of the accommodation. We spent 5 nights here and was a great base for going of and exploring others parts of Puglia. Would definitely recommend the accommodation to others. We did change our room half way through as the room we were in did not have were any bedside lamps, a very minor thing but the owner happily moved us to another room.

Casa D'Autore Ostuni is a true gem that makes you feel at home in the heart of Ostuni.. Behind its modest facade lies a beautifully renovated house with high ceilings, elegant interiors, and a cozy atmosphere. We were warmly welcomed and given the choice between two rooms – one with a modern design and another with an authentic old-world charm and a stone bathroom. We chose the latter, which turned out to be incredibly cozy and full of character. Guests have access to a comfortable living room with soft sofas, perfect for an afternoon with a book, as well as a lovely veranda overlooking the old town of Ostuni. In summer, the property becomes even more appealing with its private pool. Despite the cold weather outside, the house was well-heated, clean, and well-maintained. The bed linen was soft and comfortable, and the bathroom amenities smelled delightful. Small details like complimentary water in the room, fast internet, and a hairdryer added to the overall comfort. Breakfast was served in a cozy entrance hall by the kind housekeeper, who was always smiling. It was more than enough to start the day right. The only thing that could have made the experience even more interesting would be a short history of the house, as there were photos on the walls showing how it looked before the renovation.

Beautifully restored,spotlessly clean. Great location. The 2 ladies who serve breakfast and clean rooms work so hard and are generally pleasant.

Swimming pool not open for five days. The fact it had a swimming pool was one of the reasons we booked, so we were disappointed. Breakfast started too late at 08.30. We started tours at 9 am so it was rushed and we were made to feel uncomfortable.if we tried to get into breakfast early.

A wonderful B&B, tastefully furnished in a characterful building which is located a pleasant 10 minute walk to the centre of Ostuni where there are plenty of nice bars and restaurants. The local area is quiet and safe. Our room was large and comfortable with a nice bathroom. We had a lovely breakfast every morning prepared by Maris, the kind housekeeper, who is friendly and helpful. I can highly recommend this property, it's a great place to stay in Ostuni and represents good value for money.

Would have liked a chest of drawers and a full length mirror in the room.

The location is very nice. The accommodation and breakfast are great.

We were not informed that from 12:00 until 16:00 there would be no one at the property (there was no one to answer the ring bell or open the door so we could leave the luggages and go for a walk, for example). Also, the staff knocked on our door to tell us we were late for checkout (30 minutes late) and put pressure on us to leave because “there was a guest coming at 12:00”, which does not make sense because the day before they informed us the checkout started at 16:00 only (and, again, there was no one at the property before this time)

Breakfast was excellent. The location was great, just a few blocks from Piazza della Libertà. The pool was beautiful and nicely sized.

The Wi-Fi was poor, and on top of that, there was no cell phone service in the room we were in. We had to stay in the bathroom to access the Wi-Fi. Additionally, you are not allowed to eat any outside food on the premises, including near the pool area or even in your own rooms. We were eating at a patio table when we were informed that we couldn't eat anywhere outside and that eating in our room was also prohibited due to legal restrictions.

Beautiful place! Room was beautifully furnished, enormous, bed was extremely comfortable, linens lovely, views to the city exceptional. Person at the desk the first night wasn't certain whether she could provide a wine pull and glasses. When we returned from our travels the next afternoon, voila! Wine pull and glasses . . . It was pretty amazing.

Nothing not to like. There were some reviews that said the service or owners were rude - don't believe them. Everyone was great. Makes me wonder what those people did to provoke a rude response.

This is an outstanding property. Alas, too cold to use the beautiful outside terraced area with a pool. My room was elegant with a very comfortable bed. I loved the rain shower. I was the only guest (winter in Ostuni) but was treated to a wonderful buffet breakfast with homebaked cakes. The owner and her mother were very kind. They don’t speak a lot of English, but speak enough for us to communicate our wishes. And there is always Google translate! The house is about 7 minutes from the Old Town. There are restaurants and street food places on the street. I took a cab to get to Casa D’Autore. It was 17E. I took the bus back to the Ostuni Train Station. The bus was 1E. I highly recommend a stay here.

Everything was wonderful

The staff is extremely welcoming and put us at our ease. The location is perfect, very close to the centre but still in an area accessible by car and it’s easy to park there. We had the room on the pool and it was very comfortable and characteristic. The common areas are extremely curated and you really feel relaxed there. Also breakfast was good and the staff during breakfast was super nice.

I would have loved to find some courtesy slippers because the floor is a bit cold.
