Dana Bianca is centrally located in the heart of Ostuni and is a super authentic accomodation with incredible architecture & design with white washed + stone walls, roofs & arches reminiscent of traditional Puglia houses. My room Kaliste had a nice rooftop terrace with a small sea view. The bathroom is incredibly modern with travertine and with great toiletries. Rita was amazingly kind & hospitable with her incredible service who was always happy to help. The breakfast is exactly what you want in Italy with a great selection of breads, cold cuts & pastries. Would definitely recommended as they have additional facilities including jacuzzi in warmer months.

The stairs are steep & it was initially difficult to find my way around the property

The room was very comfortable and well appointed. However be aware that this is not a hotel, but a series of rooms, each with its own door opening directly on to the street; a little disconcerting for one female member of our party on her own whose room was 300m and 2 streets away. There is no main entrance and the taxi dropped us near what turned out to be one of the rooms we had booked. We spoke to the owner on the phone to find the rooms and door pin numbers requiring at least basic understanding of Italian. Breakfast was good, served at a separate property but we did not get to the roof top spa because it was in another property and you had to book in advance for someone to come and open the door to gain access (again from the street). Overall very comfortable but not a "hotel" experience.

Very stylish suite with living room, bedroom and terrace in a beautifully restored ancient village house. Beautifully decorated and very high quality fixtures and fittings. Fantastic to have a roof terrace. Very close to the old town for restaurants. Good breakfast in a separate building a short distance away. Quiet. Great value out of season.

The person who met us to let us into the property seemed to be in a real hurry. She didn't show us around the room and consequently we never found out how to work the air conditioning (or else it didn't work). Not a problem for us but be aware that there are very steep steps between the living area and bedroom. Also, the hotel consists of a number of distinct properties in adjacent streets. All the rooms are very different so be careful which you select. We had to pay for bike storage - this has always been free elsewhere, however the room was very good value.

Arrival was a bit strange, as the main door was locked. However, when you realise the layout of the hotel, it all makes sense. The room had lots of steps - based on 3 floors. We didn't take the cases up to the bedroom, as it felt like too much hassle. Very authentic and attractive though. Kept stubbing our toe on the bed frame, as it jutted out a bit. Cute bathroom and roof terrace - if you wanted to climb more stairs! Breakfast was in a small room next to the Reception desk - continental. It was quite empty when we were there (Sept 2024), so lacked atmosphere.

Incredible room. A real treat to have a sauna and plunge pool in the room! It also had a very comfortable bed and sofa, table & chairs and was easy to keep cool. Excellent location for exploring Ostuni, pick up for tours and for bars/restaurants but in a quieter residential part of town. Breakfast was ample and it was nice to have a jacuzzi on the roof with an incredible view. Valeria & Gratzia were friendly and helpful and the communication prior to check in was excellent. Superb value for money.

The safe didn't work which was a pain as we had to keep passports and valuables with us at all times. This was reported on the first day but no action taken. 3 clothes hangers is a bit mean! We did request more but they did not materialse! The curtains need ties or poppers or something to close them completely. You do not want passers by seeing you naked in the sauna or plunge pool!! Take a safety pin or hair clip!! The rooftop jacuzzi cover is awkward to remove and there is no shade,- it has been shreddded by the wind. There is a slight smell of damp when you return to the room from outside but in this type of property it must be impossible to remove completely. Its just a little attention to detail away from 10/10😉.

A very comfortable and unique stay. Appreciate the amenities (jacuzzi and sauna) and having breakfast was good to start to the day.

There was an issue with the room we booked which took some time to fix. While we were delayed the staff (particularly Rita) were helpful and gave a complementary drinks while we waited and a bottle of wine for our troubles. We were able to get into the room we originally booked for our second night.

Rit was a delight to take care of us. She exceeded our expectations and did everything she could to make our stay enjoyable and easier.

We didnt like our 1st room that was assigned which was a 2 bedroom apt. There were no doors on the bedrooms, the refrigerator was making a wierd sound and the space was a little too minimalistic. The problem was quickly taken care of by moving us to a much better unit that was more pleasing to what we liked.

Friendly staff and a clean room with modern bathroom, serviced with fresh towels each day. There was an electric jug and coffee machine provided, also two bottles of water each day. The apartment was only a five minute walk to the centre.

Being in an old building there are steep steps up to both the living space and bedroom/ensuite, which could be a problem for some. However the ‘hotel’ is a series of appartments, so this may not be true for all.

Everything was great! We had a nice breakfast and the room was fun, even though it had many stairs to climb. Our room did not look like the pictures but was still very nice.

Parking was very tricky, but we received great directions to an outdoor lot. We were very careful not to go into the restricted zone! It will be important to pay careful attention to your room number because the key only has a "room name" and not a number listed. These are all separate apartments and the streets can be confusing and all look the same. "The room number is a must" in order to find your apartment. The breakfast is in a separate area, which is nice but a bit confusing.

The location was fantastic. Right in the center of Ostuni! Staff was very friendly and made us an excellent breakfast

The lack of information regarding parking and the best way to drop our luggage nearby the hotel. Instead when we arrived many streets were completely jammed by the local market and event. We had to walk nearly 1 km dragging heavy suitcases in the heat. Also small details were missed...no bottle of champagne in the room as in the description and no (hand) soap in our bathroom/shower. The jacuzzi can be filled but the water stream is so small / low that it would take hours. Nothing was mentioned about that.
