This hotel worked perfectly for our trip to Puglia. Rooms were modern, spacious, nicely furnished, very comfortable, with good storage and good AC. The highlight of the hotel were the staff, Nicoletta and her team couldn't do enough for you. They were so welcoming, polite and helpful and always checking to see if they could do anything. Breakfast was extensive, especially for Italy, with a good choice of hot and cold dishes and plenty of fresh fruit. There was a water station to refill water bottles, which was a nice touch. Location is perfect, less than 5 minutes walk to the centre of town and surrounded by restaurants. Would highly recommend the hotel as a base to explore Puglia.

I couldn't fault anything.

Very good breakfast, great choice of a continental plus bacon and scrambled eggs. Good coffee machine. Attentive staff always on hand nothing to much trouble. Light airy dining room with lovely views towards the coast. When arriving you pull up into a public carpark where you can drop off your bags. The hotel's free secure parking a few hundred metres along the road. The hotel's staff are very good , in particular both Greta and Christian on the front desk. Their knowledge and recommendations were excellent. The city itself is wonderful so much to see and do. Loose yourself in the endless streets and alleyways, shops and bars. Would definitely recommend this comfortable hotel.

I was truly impressed by the staff, and honestly, their warmth and positive attitude would be the main reason for our return. In over 12 years of traveling through Italy, this was the first hotel where I felt completely at home. It was impeccably clean, modern, and stylish, with delicious breakfasts and a wonderful view from the window. What really set this hotel apart, however, was the exceptional staff. Every interaction with these wonderful people was meaningful and memorable, making our stay truly unforgettable. Big shoutout to Greta and Eduardo for making our experience even more special —you two are absolute stars!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this new hotel! Great location, a five minute walk to the old city tourist area, and close to lots of good restaurants. Our room was very comfortable, with blackout shades, ultra modern bathroom, and lots of storage space for clothes. Very good breakfast too, with delicious GF options. Their Staff was very friendly and helpful. The AC worked great in our room. My complaint at other hotels in Puglia has been that the AC temperature is controlled by the hotel, and you cannot set a temperature lower than 72 or 74 degrees. This was the case at our classic old hotels in Lecce and Matara, and even at a 5 star Masseria. But at the Primo Ostuni Hotel, you can set a low temperature in your room. Great for those of us who need a cool room for sleeping!

Very bright, clean and modern hotel. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. Beautiful location and wonderful friendly staff. Leonardo was exceptionally helpful and all the staff made our stay very enjoyable. Thank you!

Maybe good to have a suitcase rack instead of leaving our bags on the floor so that we had to bend down to get stuff out of our bags…..only wardrobe in room so not drawers to put clothes which is ok to leave stuff in suitcase if the suitcase was on a luggage holder. Getting hard for us older people to keep bending down!

Beautiful hotel located in close proximity to all the attractions, the shops, the restaurants and the bus station which will take you to the train station. The breakfast is fresh, good and there is a good variety. The staff is extremely friendly, welcoming and willing to accommodate to any request. The hotel and rooms are modern, spacious and clean. We were so pleased with our stay and highly recommend it.

Had to iron my dress to attend a ceremony and the iron was so full of limescale that caused stains on the fabric! I somehow managed to get it cleaned but it stressed me out! It might be worth it give the iron a clean every now and then

Exceptional staff, going over and above to ensure we had a memorable stay. They helped us organize last minute tours and transport, answering our every need. The rooms were aesthetically beautiful, spacious, calming and clean. The breakfast was excellent. The best bacon and eggs and the fluffiest flapjacks you will find. This hotel is 5 stars.

A wonderful modern hotel with genuinely warm hospitality. The staff were the absolute best! They were exceptionally welcoming and helpful. We also loved the design of the room and bathroom. Spotlessly clean, very comfortable and good air conditioning. Great breakfast selection. Excellent location next to the historic centre. A truly enjoyable stay that we would happily repeat!
