Great staff, Willing to help, smiling and usefull. The breakfast was simple and practical (packed cheese and salami per person) but not very rich in choices but totally sufficient. The place is close to the highway so for a quick sleepover ideal location. We could not hear any big noise coming from the highway so no fear about that.

The WiFi signal in our room was terrible. Couldn't really be used for IT office work. The place is far from the city center and all other restaurants and pub, so we had to walk 30minutes to get to the restaurant.

The Hotel is ideally located near the Highway (but still calm enough). The rooms are nice and the Breakfast was good (particularly the coffee). There are 2 Shopping Centers within walking distance with a host of Restaurants (the Sushi place is real nice and excellent)

The staff mostly speaks only Italian (only a very few of them spoke some English). It is clear that the focus of that Hotel are the Business Travelers (mostly the tradesman/craftsman staying in the region overnight).

We stopped for one night in transit. In general, an extremely convenient location, a minute from the highway. At the same time it is very quiet. Cool room with direct access to the terrace. Free parking and 24-hour check-in. Modest but tasty breakfast.

There is no kettle in the room. The air conditioner didn't work. The door to the bathroom is sliding, which means there is a big problem with sound insulation. The room for 4 in fact turned out to be just a large room with a strange two-tier metal collapsible bed for children. Where the first tier lies on the floor.

Quiet, nice en-suite, friendly staff. Big room. Plenty of parking. Very handy for the autostrada. Nice big pots of flowers. There is a Bennet hypermarket within easy walking distance. The area is quite industrial but the hotel is an oasis.

I found the bed quite hard. There’s a sushi restaurant nearby, but nothing else close. Although Ovada has some and La Volpina over the river is very good apparently. The area is quite industrial!

Staff great. Location good. Field/car park alongside to exercise dog. Ground floor room with doors opening to outside great for taking dog out. Bed comfortable.

The toilet in our room was directly in front of a building- support column which meant any one over 1.6m tall or not a gymnast couldn't sit square on it without knees pressed uncomfortably against the column. The height of the step out of the shower might also be an issue for older guests....also breakfast was disappointing in lack of choice...f not for these minor issues it would be a 9 from me.

The room was large, was comfortable and clean and had plenty of facilities. There was a wide variety of food available at the continental breakfast in the morning.

Though it wasn’t a major issue for me, the hotel is about 30 mins walk from the nearest town, Ovada.

Everything is perfect,parking in front of room but hotel have parking downstairs in garage. Is very clean and reception Francesca and all team is very friendly.The place to be,location 100 mt distance from highway gate.Breakfast is good all Italian fresh product.Price is very good. Nothing to claim,room nice bright big bathroom and super clean,nice garden /patio /tarrace in front and back,you can stay there also in a breakfast. you can’t have in surrounding place better than hotel Belforte I recommend it 100%

Nicely located hotel, close to the highway, perfect for the long trip from Rome to French alps. Room was nice and clean, breakfast a bit basic, but ok, I would say. Very good sleepover, no issues with noises and traffic, although very close to the highway.

As said, breakfast was a bit basic, but, anyway good value for money. Recommended.

Comfortable hotel with friendly staff. Good breakfast. Just a short drive into the town of Ovada with plenty of restaurants, bars and cafés. We have stayed here twice. It's convenient for our trips from France to Greece.

In our room for 4 people, instead of separate (normal) beds, there was a bunk bed, which was not listed anywhere on the website
