Beautifully located apartment right in the old town, with a charming and convenient setting. Spacious and comfortable, featuring two rooms and a large, well-equipped kitchen with everything you might need – tea, coffee, and more. Lovely bathroom, perfectly clean and tidy. Even an ironing board was provided, and there was an option to purchase wine if desired. The host kindly left us a small welcome treat, which was especially nice as we arrived late. Communication with Toni was excellent, with clear instructions on how to find and access the property. Large, secure underground parking. Through the window, we could beautifully hear the gentle murmur of the river. A Truly wonderful place – highly recommended, especially when traveling by car.

Nothing, everything just perfect!

The apartment is located right in the center of Gavi, on a picturesque street. Nearby, there’s a large church and plenty of small shops and cafes. We had a room with a view of the city, not the river, and to be honest, the room looked more spacious and brighter in the booking photos. Overall, it’s decent if you’re staying just for one night. Breakfast was included in our stay, and you get your own table in the shared dining room, along with a personal fridge stocked with essentials—ham, cheese, milk, yogurts. Plus, there’s coffee, bread, and some pastries. By Italian standards, the breakfast was quite good.

The room itself was very dark because the shutters were closed. In the booking photos, it’s shown as a bright, spacious room, but in reality, that wasn’t quite the case. The booking stated that there would be slippers, which there were, but don’t get your hopes up—they’re just thin, semi-transparent cloth shaped like slippers, so there’s neither a sole nor any warmth. They might as well not have provided them at all. And the biggest downside—the bed linens had an overpowering smell of fabric softener that just wouldn’t dissipate, leaving a strong chemical odor that made it uncomfortable to sleep. Even after we left, all our clothes smelled of it. I’d recommend the hosts switch to unscented laundry detergent and fabric softener.

The host Toni, was very clear with instructions and so friendly and approachable the moment we met him in person too. The location was perfect and the ease of the car parking space was a bonus. Comfy bed and breakfast had a good variety with a typical Italian offering - you won't go hungry! It was exactly what we needed for the purpose of our trip. Thank you!

We stayed here since we had a wedding in the area to attend. What would be really useful would be a full length mirror and brighter lighting in the bathroom for getting ready.

Small nice b&b in the historic city. Very central and close to everything, comfy room with all needed facilities, free parking in the gated garage. Good for a short stay during your travels.

The soundproof is almost non-existent, but it's quite a common thing for old Italian buildings like this. The map to the parking was a bit confusing, especially when you are tired after a long day of travels, so if it could be updated with a regular google maps screenshot or a location link, that would ease the process for everyone else. Otherwise everything was good.

Nice B&B in Gavi center. Great old-style rooms, nice breakfast provided. Great free private parking just a few meters from the B&B as part of the package. Central location in the small Gavi place just next to the church. Pitty that we did not have time for a longer stay and more investigation of the surroundings as well as vine bars, and uphill castle. Superb and hospital host. We booked 2 rooms from which one had large balcony looking on the river passing by at the other side of the city center. Recommended B&B in full.

BRAVO!! Thoughtful and ample provision of all kind even the pickiest type would be fully content. Host Toni is super attentive and hearted caring in all aspects of details to ensure the stay is comfy, stylish and very contextual in a way that the experience has become a beautiful and remarkable memory of our journey. We had a room with a terrace overlooking a nice river. Room is spotless cleaned. Breakfast is fabulous. The detailed parking information provided by Toni is very useful in locating the secured carpark which is only a few steps away from the B&B.

Nothing ! Truly nothing !!

The check in and out was very easy and the rooms are extremely clean and have everything you need. Even costmetic cotton pad , qtipps and toothbrush. the bed was very comfortable and clean . shower and bathroom extremely clean. they even provided lactose free and glutenfree breakfast for us. all in all . great place to stay for a night. we will certainly go again.

all was good. if you have small children/baby just be aware you need to go up steep stairs. and the staircase is narrow. otherwise nothing to complain

Beautiful little B&B, very clean, and bed was super comfortable!! Toni was a wonderful host, replied to any queries we had quickly during our stay, and was very friendly and welcoming when meeting. Breakfast was substantial and yummy. Overall a wonderful weekend!

Absolutely nothing to dislike about this place.

Very nice stay. We got a good off-season rate and were very pleased with our room. It is clear that the location is clean, well-kept & managed. Parking was extremely convenient! Staff was responsive on Whatsapp, which was convenient.

There was a WIFI outage for the latter part of our stay. It was clear that they were trying to resolve this. Our room was adjacent to a common kitchen area, but there were no issues with this.

Beautiful room nicely remodeled and decorated. Bathroom is clean and well equipped. Excellent location in the hearts of this little city with safe underground parking.

Breakfast is very basic , and realized the next room had a bit different options that I would prefer to eat( they had the pricier room than ours) .
