This is the best stay in the area of Serravalle. Very peaceful, green areas, farms, and a small lake around. Very nice and helpful people there. Park your car with comfort in a big space. Very close to the outlet mall, a lot of good restaurants.

The narrow two way road to the property which is about 2 KMs. It is a bit dark and scary in the first time, but you get used to it later.

We arrived quite late so didn’t meet our hosts until the morning. The room was very nice, good beds, with much appreciated AC in the blistering heat. There was no breakfast at the B&B but a voucher to eat at three choices of cafe’s locally was given to us in the morning. The host was very friendly.

Although there was a kettle and a few options to make warm drinks, we did not find any coffee before driving for breakfast. Some recommendations of where to eat locally would be great.

Room is good, decently equipped and comes with all the basic that you need. Location is great, only a few minutes by car from the big outlet. We received coupons that we can use for breakfast at several nearby locations and that was excellent. WiFi works without issue and the hosts were friendly & responsive to any inquiry that we had.

While the location itself is great, the way to get there can be a bit difficult. The road is quite narrow and some people who pass through the area sometimes drove too fast. We had a couple of close calls.

The apartment was amazing, the cleanliness was superb. The rooms were huge. The view is amazing. The breakfast is a little bit limited, but overall Laura is a great hostess. On top of all this, Laura gave us a 10% discount voucher in Seravalle designer outlet. 5 min drive form Seravalle designer outlet !!

You have to be renting a car to stay at the apartment

The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and everything was clean and well-maintained. What truly made the experience exceptional was the owner. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything I needed.

It was very nice to stay there. It is very close to the Serravalle Outlet center just 5-8 min driving. Nature is beautiful around there. Owners are very friendly and polite so next time I will definitely choose the same place to stay

Beautiful location , the hosts are the most wonderful ones I ever met , there’s not a thing which is not provided by them . They are so kind and helpful. The property is so updated , neat , clean , the bathrooms are so well maintained and just brand new. Everything about this property is just 11 on a scale of 10. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!!!!!

The woman who rents the B&B is super likeable. When you arrive she gives you some voucher for breakfast and you can chose between three cafes. The room was very clean and beautiful, we had a great night there. This accommondation is highly recommended!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very clean and comfortable accommodation. Owner was lovely and greeted us very late (almost midnight) and even offered to cook us pasta incase we were hungry. She even gave us a cake.

Perfect location. Parking in front of the house. Gated entry. Calm yet very close to outlet. Perfect Air conditioning. Nice rooms fully renovated. Very clean and attention to detail. Warm welcome from host Laura and Francesco. Great communication and very kind attention for our son on arrival and during the stay. Comfortable beds for parents and baby. We stayed two nights and would have loved to extend. You won't regret staying at Valditerra. We will come back. Grazie per tutti

That we were not able to extend our stay since it was already booked :). One of the light inside the room (above the bed) is very bright. I would recommend changing the bubble for lower voltage.
