Spacious room - with simple but tasteful furnishings. There was a lot of light in our room and everything was clean - often such farm accommodations are a bit dark and dusty. From what I understand there were only five rooms. Friendly staff. The table was set for breakfast in advance, not with a particularly rich selection, but we were full. Fortunately, there was also something in addition to sweets - a boiled egg and we could make a sandwich with cheese and ham (butter was not offered, but it was brought upon request). Quiet location, a few minutes' drive from the highway. Somewhere it was written that the check-in ends quite early in the evening, but in fact the key is left if necessary and you can either come at night.

Our room had a nice retro-style bed that also had an elevation on the leg side, but it is not very comfortable for a tall person to sleep there, as you can only stretch your legs when lying at an angle. The mattress was also a bit too soft for me.

This hotel is a genuine gem! Finding it was a breeze, with Google Maps guiding us straight to the gate. Check-in was effortless and warmly handled. Our room was spacious, well-lit, and wonderfully cozy. The entire place was impeccably clean, and the thoughtful details throughout gave it a comfortable, homey feel. Breakfast was delightful—plenty of fresh, tasty options to choose from. Overall, a highly recommended stay!

Is a fantastic cottage house in the countryside just before you enter Liguria coming from the North. Perfect location if you don't want to sleep in the chaotic Genoa. It is surrounded by green and it is in a peaceful and quiet place. Mattia and his wife are nice and welcoming. Our room was good size considering we were in 5 people. Would be perfect for 4. Bathroom clean with a nice shower. Breakfast is rich and satisfying.

We cannot add much to the previous and very positive reviews of Podere Demetra. Everything was perfect and we very much enjoyed our stay. The location is excellent (close to the highway and outlet yet super quiet during the night), the room was spacious, tasteful and very well maintained, breakfast was a treat, and the owner was very friendly and made great suggestions regarding restaurants etc. in the region. Definitively a gem!

There is nothing I didn’t like. Maybe just the macadam road that leads from the entrance gate to the building should be paved a little better.

As we went for shopping at Serravale Outlet we found the location just excellent. Beautiful surroundings, quiet and very nice place to stay, comfortable bed, spacious room decorated with good taste. It would be really appreciated having a bit more healthy choice for the breakfast. Some milk, veggies and fruits, sugar free yogurt could do the morning at such lovely place even better.

The property where the apartment is located is in a nice place, it is reached partly by a country road, although it is only 2 minutes from the outlet. The apartment is spacious and furnished in a retro country style with antique furniture. The hosts are very kind and helpful.

Really nice hotel in quiet place but not far away from restaurants and outlet stores. Surrounded with nice green nature. Breakfast is delicious, served with fresh coffee. Owner is really friendly. We traveled with small baby and receive nice baby cot, room was big enough for everyone (3 kids and 2 adults). We will recommend it to our friends.

Everything was perfect. This is my second time to the property and the last trip was 6 years ago. When I walked in, the place is just as clean as it was. You can tell the owner takes pride in managing his Accomodation. I had a comfortable stay here and felt safe as a solo traveller.
